"Pula golf resort is a serene lovely place where you feel close to nature. Actually the breakfast eggs are walking in the backyard! Comfortable rooms perfectly clean and so silen at night. Not a place if you want ro party 😀 So friendly staff, easygoing and perfect service. In the restaurant. The golfcourse was in great shape and Caddymasters made us feel at home. Nice little spa where we could get ready for airport after the last round. Really a nice place close to Arta Manacor and the ocean. Only 55 min drive to Palma sirport. "

"The single room with a balcony in the main building was fantastic, and the staff were very attentive. However, for my last night's extension, I couldn't get the same room type, so I had to change rooms. They moved me to the annex, which was really bad. There was constant machine noise before 8 PM, and it had been going on since I moved in at 11 AM. The soundproofing was terrible; I could hear everything the neighbors were saying, as if we were in the same room. I've attached a video so you can hear it. Please consider booking the annex if you're unsure."

"Location is great! Food is ok. Pool bar staff great!That’s the end of the positives. * Hotel very unclean. Had to ask for bathroom to be cleaned, it was dirty when we arrived. The floors were never washed in the room. “Clean” sheets were stained. * reception staff very rude, miserable, very unhelpful and looked like they were having the worst time of their lives! Customer service training is very much needed! Could a smile now and again be too much effort? * pool area was never clean. Even first thing in a morning there was still mess from the day before. Lack of sun beds and parasols. Most of the sun beds were broken. * no entertainment programme in the day, one hour of poor entertainment at night three times a week. * bar snacks a cheese and ham sandwich (not toasted) and a pastry. Nothing else. If this is what a three star accommodation has come to, then I’ll avoid in the future. Very disappointing."
