The most beautifully located hotel in the center of Sopot. Standard adequate for the price, rooms clean and spacious. Cleaning service at the highest level. Every hotel is created by the people working in it. Sheraton in Sopot is the best example of this. The cordiality of all employees can be seen at every step. The guest on the one hand feels at home here, and on the other has a sense of blissful relaxation. I heartily recommend Agata

I must say that this hotel is unexpectedly good. Originally I never intended to stay in the area around Gdansk/Sopot, but due to bad weather, the ferry I rode on was delayed 6 hours and I could not find the energy to drive onward to Berlin. Therefore I booked a room at Radisson in Sopot as they seemed to have a parking. Well there, I got positively surprised by the hotel. It was so clean and on this Saturday evening, there was great live music in the lobby. The check-in was smooth and they quickly booked a table for me at the restaurant. However, they missed to notice my Premium Radisson Rewards membership, but it's fine anyhow. The food was delicious and well worth the price. The staff in the bar and the restaurant were very friendly and had very good recommendations in regards to drinks and food. The room was so clean I couldn't believe it - completely spotless. Super plus for that! The only con was guests in another room trying to ”refurnish” their room, with moving chairs being heard very loudly, apart from that the sound proofing was good. Then in the morning, the breakfast was amazing. Great quality cold cuts, fruits, great bread etc. Keep this good thing going! ^^ Overall, a great stay and I might return to try out the spa too.

Fab hotel in terms of facilities, modernness and cleanliness. Rooms were very cosy and spacey, and the whole hotel area gives a nice vibe. The roof top was pool and bar was fab, great with the 16+ limit for us travelling as adults with no children (especially since the spa downstairs was filled with children and felt more like an aqua park). The gym was small, but ok for a quick work out. Very disappointing experience in the restaurant where they would not offer me gluten free pizza or pasta, in spite that I had called and checked about this before we ordered our stay. When I then commented I should get about lunch dish for the same price, the waiter used 15 minutes to come back with to us with the message that she would bring her manager. After another 15 minutes with nothing happening, we left and had lunch elsewhere. Also, there where no allergi markings at breakfast, very disappointing at such a big and modern hotel. Top location by the public beach and walk way along the beach, which is pleasant to use when walking into the centre for better restaurants than the hotel can offer.

The Sofitel Grand Hotel in Sopot, a legendary landmark, unfortunately does not live up to its grandeur in several ways, and leaves room for improvement in others. Positives: - Prime Location: The hotel's location is simply unbeatable, offering easy access to the best of Sopot. Nestled conveniently, it stands as a gateway to the city's charms and fantastic views over the Baltic Sea. Exemplary Staff: True to the Sofitel brand, the staff here are the epitome of politeness and attentiveness. Their care and attention to detail made the stay significantly more comfortable. Sleep Like Royalty: The beds at Sofitel Grand Sopot are a dream. Offering fantastic sleep comfort, they ensured waling up refreshed every morning, ready to explore the city. Architectural and historical Marvel: The hotel itself is a legendary landmark, a piece of history that adds a certain prestige to one's stay. Its majestic facade is a sight to behold. Negatives or room for improvement: Ambiance Misses the Mark: The interior, though taking care in the best fashion possible clean, lacks the coziness and elegance one might expect from such a storied hotel. The decor feels somewhat out of step with the building's historic charm. Rooms Need a Touch-Up: While comfortable, the rooms are crying out for an upgrade. They don't quite match the luxurious standard set by other 5-star properties, particularly to mention the bathrooms. Spa with Potential: The spa, boasting a stunning sea view, unfortunately falls short in modernity. A revamp here could transform it into a truly world-class relaxation spot. Rethink Public Spaces: The lounge and other public areas of the hotel are in dire need of a conceptual overhaul. They should echo the grandeur and sophistication of the hotel’s exterior and prime location. In conclusion, while the Sofitel Grand Hotel Sopot excels in location, service, and sleep quality, it is somewhat let down by its interior aspects. As a loyal Accor traveler, I see great potential in this property and hope to see it reach its full, undeniable potential in the near future.

I have been looking for the perfect place for my birthday trip for a long time. The choice fell to the Rezydent Hotel. Unfortunately, instead of a great stay, I was disappointed. The advantages of the hotel are the location and nice interior, but unfortunately, it ends there. It is unacceptable that in a supposedly 5* hotel, the reception staff does not greet guests and is so indifferent, apart from Mr Marek, who was the only one who showed exceptional kindness and help, which surprised us pleasantly. - Air conditioning in the room didn't work. - The refrigerator was not cooling properly. - The bedding that was changed on the second day of stay was torn. - The tap by the sink was so short that you could hardly wash your hands by tapping your hands against the sink. - The carpet was dirty. Interestingly, in May, someone wrote a review reporting that room 304 had a dirty carpet. The hotel responded to it, but still, it wasn't cleaned for 3 months! We have been waiting for this trip for a long time, we are sorry, and we are disappointed with the stay. In a hotel of this class, such situations should not take place and prove that a hotel with five stars has nothing to do with it.

The hotel is located close to both the main Sopotian deptac and the Forest Opera. Modern and well-decorated building, rooms are well decorated. Service without charge. However, the biggest plus was delicious food - both breakfast and dinner. If I had to get something attached, the bathroom in the room was a little bit small, and I could use to change the pillows for a little bigger. But overall stay was very successful, in addition quite affordable (we managed to buy a package with food and parking on the hotel website). Very recommended!!

First impression was very positive. Check-in was quick. Room although small was adequate and had everything that you needed ie. Comfy double bed and nice bed linen, desk and chair, I loved the comfy armchair which was a nice touch after a long days walk, bathroom was lovely and clean with a walk-in shower and fresh towels and bathrobe. An oversized bathrobe would however be nice:). Upon walking into the room there was a TV recording with a nice voice saying that „delektuje sie spokojem.. uspokoic oddech… „ itd. ( delecting in peace and quiet, and calmness) However this seemed to be an over promise:(. After entering the spa/pool area after 17:00 there seemed to be an aquapark for families and children:( . The atomosphere was very rowdy and not very relaxing:(. Also, the quiet zone „strefa ciszy” was not respected by guests. So overall the general „spa” feeling was not quite as expected. The rooftop terrace was nice. I decided to have the buffet dinner for 69zl and the food was very mediocre:(. The breakfast buffet was adequate. Overall, I would return however it would be appreciated if the management would define the hotel as an adult only spa or define specific hours for kids in the pool area.

Très bel établis*****t non loin de la grande et belle plage de Sopot. Belle chambre et salle de bains avec douche italienne. Le petit déjeuner est varié et satisfait toutes les envies. Le personnel est très sympa. Le restaurant offre une très jolie terrasse verdoyante et agréable. La carte n’est pas sans fin mais propose des plats vraiment très bons et un service très attentionné. Piscine intérieure et spa sont à disposition. Le bar de l’hôtel est top avec une très belle carte. A recommander pour une visite reposante et plaisante de la région de Sopot. Merci à toute l’équipe. Very good hotel with good breakfast & great location very near the pier and the beach. We stayed during summer so there were lots of activities going on in the street. Pubs/discos/restaurants kept on with music till 02.00 at night which could be annoying if you are a light sleeper.. Howeever, the worst thing for us was the singer who used to start playing around 02.00 and kept it going till 05.00 in the morning. He had amplifier and microphone and could be heard far better than we could like. It ruined Friday and Saturday nights for us. It is strange that this much ”noice” is allowed during night time.
