Just 2 min from the train station, very clean, nice breakfast which is served at your room. I liked the light in the bathroom.

Great hotel inside the apartment. Super close to the train station, where can depart to Pompeii and Amalfi coast by bus. Also harbour is close to where can travel to capri. As well as big supermarket. Wifi is great. No common area . All clean and modern, have fridge, kettle and iron

The entrance is in a similar community and is not on the main road, so you have to look for the doorbell. It should open automatically when you press it. This is quite good because key locks in Europe are sometimes difficult to open. It is extremely safe, which is indeed a big concern. However, the security in Sorrento is good, so the risk is still high. Controllable
The service staff always answers your questions and greets you with a smile. If you don’t have a phone, you can use WhatsApp to ask questions.
There is no elevator. Please be careful! Some of the chair covers and facilities are very old, and there was a problem with the counter, but they can only send them for cleaning and have no plans to replace them with new ones.
The portion for breakfast is not large. One tomato is about two small tomatoes (he will cut it in half to make 4 small tomatoes). If you are not full, you can order more, but don’t waste food.
The water heater is very mysterious. One night, after waiting for 20 minutes, it still didn't fill up. I had to take a bath afterwards.

Great staff and service. Really helpful. The only downside was the ability to hear people using the bathroom next door…Otherwise room was walkable to all the Sorrento highlights!!!

Need lights installed for the stairs. Not safe to climb up to the fourth level at night without flashlight.

Hotel is conveniently located, three minute walk to Sorrento train station and five minute walk to city center, restaurants, market and shopping area
Room was very clean, modern, quiet with nice bathroom
Nadia provided detailed instructions to location, early check in, and made very good made to order breakfast including smoked salmon
She also provided helpful information with our visit and transportation needs
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay since it was very reasonable and nice. Highly recommend this four story walk up accommodation

Great property ! The staff are so friendly and accommodating. We experienced issues with the water being shut off in the evening throughout the night but were advised it randomly happens. I appreciated the staffs honesty! Very friendly team, would recommend. Just be mindful that the water could go off randomly late at night.
