I already received an email on Tuesday evening for Thursday there was a weird wedding so we didn't sleep well that evening.
The hostess when we arrived was not happy so she didn't tell us anything about the breakfast time or the location or the hotel protocol so we got by.
Then I paid 3990 dirham while the rate was 10.48 that day and on the site it was 346 euro strange and she had no explanation so I got ripped off the maid she came 1 out of 3 days so no towels I have the breakfast waiter who made the remark to us that supposedly we only have the right to have one hot drink for breakfast whereas we don't mind paying but just making the difference between people, in short it's disappointed. too bad it's a beautiful setting but the staff doesn't go with it

Nice hotel but the welcome leaves something to be desired; the 2 young women not very welcoming at all!!!!!!!! the lifeguard and the waiters at the top!!!! You have to wait 100 years to get towels , the hygiene of the toilet brush is limited🤢 we broke an oarfum that we reported; we received no excuses or compensation we were just warned!!!!frankly the hotel is not up to par of what he claims to be!! too bad....

Anything but a 4-star hotel! Despite a beautiful swimming pool and a good location, this hotel is not a 4-star hotel, on the contrary. Very unwelcoming or even unpleasant staff, sloppy cleaning, ordinary breakfast, hot room since the hotel also hosts weddings which prevents rest, every other time the towels are forgotten by the cleaning ladies… We spent 10 days in this hotel and we regret it… Only positive point: the lifeguard Wahid who, unlike his colleagues, always had a smile and was very helpful! I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Very very nice hotel. Less convincing services for our family of 5: ambassador suite composed of a single open space rather sized for a couple. No connecting room for our family of 5. Restaurant: very good food. More average service regarding the preparation and comfort of the sofa beds for sleeping our children. Very well located for those who want to make it a stopover when crossing Morocco.
