With a bit more refreshing can be a great location: the houses are very old and missing comfortable items (like a small sofa in the living-room, good pillows...). Planting more trees to replace the dead ones will be great! Cleaning the existing trees a bit more will be welcome as well. Billiard table is obsolete. Otherwise, nice location!

An amazing location right by the beach and an easy walk into the main town. The onsite pool was good to relax and take a dip in too.
The 'cottage' itself had everything we needed for our stay. Some windows and door looked a bit tired and in need of some painting / upgrading.

Nous avons passé des vacances de rêve dans ce VVF idéalement situé à quelques mètres de la plage, 15mn à pied du centre de Soulac et 5mn de l'école de surf ! Nous avions un gîte "vue sur mer" à un prix défiant toute concurrence, très bien équipé pour y passer une semaine et cuisiner. Piscine très agréable, club enfants au top, et comme toujours chez VVF, un excellent état d'esprit et l'envie de nous faire passer un bon séjour. Ca donne envie d'y revenir, merci à Pauline Brian et leurs équipes !

Une semaine passée dans le Vvf en avril avec une superbe équipe d’animateurs pour petits et grands tous très bien organisés Nous étions dans un logement face à la mer pour admirer les beaux couchers de soleil Le vvf est très bien situé pour les balades à pied en vélo ou trottinettes Rue piétonne dans le centre face à la mer et maisons typiques soulacaises À refaire

Ménage pas fait, lits pas très propres alèse de protection matelas non changée (pleine de tâches) vaisselle rangée sale, pas d'éclairage extérieur allées, cabine douche bouchée, odeur de toilettes publics dans les WC....... Service forfait tranquillité facturé 32€/personne pour lits faits linge de toilettes et ménage, LOL, du vol manifeste, accueil limité niveau amabilité et logement vue mer ???? Facturé bien sûr on se demande comment voir la mer..... En partant vers la droite environ 50 mètres 😂😂😂À FUIR !!!!! Bon emplacement pour ce VVF bungalows pas pratique salle de bain au rez de chaussé sans lavabos ceux ci se trouvent dans les chambres à l étage boiseries très vieillîtes humidité l établissement aurait besoin de rajeunir escaliers pour monter aux chambres raide manque d un wc en haut . Accueil accueillant nous sommes dans l ensemble déçu ne reviendrons pas dans ce vvf.

Nous sommes venus en famille avec nos 3 ados. Nous avions lu les différents commentaires avant de venir mais nous avons préféré nous faire notre propre idée. Nous avions un logement avec vue sur l'océan, au top pour la vue. Le logement est simple mais reste fonctionnel. Il nous a manqué une grande poêle qu'on nous a prêté sans problème à l'accueil. Le lieu est idyllique, quelques mètres à pied et vous avez les pieds dans le sable. L'équipe d'animation est très sympathique, nos ados ont passé un très bon séjour et se sont bien amusés avec les autres ados du VVF. Pour résumer, oui Le logement n'est pas le point fort mais vous n'y resterez pas dedans vu l'océan ou la forêt à vos pieds. Nous avons trouvé ce que nous étions venus chercher: plage, repos ballade, animation pour nous et nos ados dans un climat familial à taille humaine.
