Very happy with location, unit layout and cleanliness

Our room and balcony and were great! Clean and spacious with everything we needed. The receptionist Tanja was friendly, professional and helpful, and gave us easy walking directions to the River stage. Highly recommend and would stay again

Good hotel just a bad location

When you went to the rooftop BBQ area it was that strong a smell of bleach & cleaning products we couldn't breathe, they had us booked in for 1 night not 4 nights, they only gave us one card for the room, we had to ask them to change the linen, they didn't replace bathroom soaps, toilet paper, usual stuff, after having a shower i walked onto the balcony and my feet were black because the ground was that dirty & sticky, they only have basic free to air channels no foxtel, and they also don't mention the fact they have wifi, the pool is less then one meter deep & is very small. We were very disappointed with the experience, it definitely was not worth the money spent there, not to mention the parking, they said it was paid when we got there then charged us when we left saying it hadn't been paid even though we didn't use their secure carpark. Definitely would not recommend staying there.

Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff, who went above and beyond to help us have the best stay away.

Good location and easy to get to off the highway. Enjoyed having the big balcony and room layout was good. Although, the room was quite dusty with dust hanging off the fan and in the window sills as well as on the bedside lights. Shower and toilet layout was very close making it not accessible for people who may use a walker or have some mobility issues.
