Hotel is very dated … room was dark and dingy. I arrived late, immediately got ready for bed and went to turn on the heating/cooling unit before calling it a night.
It sounded like there was a semi truck idling in the room … I shut it off, only to discover I could hear people talking, doors banging, other cooling/heating units running, etc. (10:30 on a Tuesday night)
I tried to turn on TV for some distraction/back ground noise and remote didn’t work.
This night was miserable.

My stay at the Hampton was amazing. The Staff and the room were very warm, clean and welcoming. Has been a while since my last stay at a Hampton but I felt right at home.

Brown water spots in ceiling. Breakfast area ceiling leaking water so no hot breakfast Monday morning before check out. King room not ready when checking in so we got 2 doubles.
