Contactless check in was convenient. The room was clean and comfortable. I wish the TV was in a better spot, it was difficult to watch comfortably.

Very clean rooms, awesome shower and great internet. Location is very near to the Heavenly resort. The check-in and check-out system worked fine for us.
Only issue is that we could hear the footsteps of the people staying in the room above us.

What a gem! My daughter and I made just a quick trip while she was on college break, and while we hit a snowstorm, we were beyond pleased with the accommodations. The room was darling, and we were able to get two Queen beds (usually we settle for full). Everything was sparkly clean, and the fireplace in the room was a perfect touch. We also walked the neighborhood, and it is a super location, convenient and picturesque. Absolutely would stay again! Staff was pleasant and professional as well, helping me with adjustments to my stay.

We enjoyed the cosy and clean room given to us as well as the short walk from the lodge to the beach and ******s.
However, note that there is 0 service and 0 staff available on site. The check-in process was painful especially if you are foreigner without a US phone number. If you need something, there is nobody available after 9pm. Considering the high room rate, some guest service would have been the bear minimum.There is no value for money.

Overall the stay was nice. Staff response time is fast and efficient. The pilot light in our heater kept going out but staff responded and fixed it.

We loved everything about the hotel - clean and has everything you need for a stay. 7 min walk to Heavenly Gondola. Will certainly consider it for our next stay

I would have given 5 stars because it really is a nice cozy place but the bed was very hard and not comftorable and the room had a stale smell. Those are my only complaints. Everything else was good. Location is great! Staff was great! Parking, etc! Would def recomment and stay but they might want to put alil topper on the bed. Some people like hard beds, my back is horrible so it really didnt help.
