My adult daughter and I had checked into the room around 5pm. The room smelled somewhat 'smokey' or maybe it was just musty, not sure.
After inside the room for a bit you could no longer smell it; which I guess is good.
When we returned to the room after a concert, they had locked the main hotel door so we had to walk around and find a door we could access; even with our key. You had to enter via their banquet facility. A bit irritating because 2 females walking around a hotel very early in the morning is not safe.

The photos for the double two bedroom are not the actual room or bathroom the hotel stated that or shows on the photo. They used the handicap bathroom on all their photos the bathrooms do not look like this. I have numerous bites on my body and the receptionist I found a bedbug on the wall of my room door and asked the receptionist to come look, her face said yes it’s a bed big but her mouth said “it’s not a bed big” it was brown and red and matched google perfectly and I showed her. You have to go to the back of the hotel door and if you’ve never been here you will need to walk to find where that is it is not as easy as you think. There is mold on the ceiling and in the shower. It is not a fresh clean hotel they allow pets o believe and the carpet smells terrible.

The pictures looked so cute and comforting, but this was not the case. The hotel is old and not updated. There is a terrible smell as you walk in the front door. The staff was super friendly and helpful, but I would not ever willingly stay there again. The drawers in our room were full of grossness and hadn't been cleaned. The TV was so old. The beds were comfortable. The toilet didn't flush well and had to get someone to fix it. The vent in the bathroom ceiling wasn't even in place and the decorative pillows were dirty. Overall, the hotel was dirty and very outdated.

There was no hot tub as the amenities showed, no breakfast, tv quality in room was not good. Was charged $50 and staff could not tell me why. Later refunded, but no explanation as I paid cash deposit on room

When we arrived there was an event going on. The music was so loud we could barely hear the front desk person. Our room was on the 4th floor and we could feel and hear the music through the floor. It went on constantly from the time we checked in until 11pm (several hours). It was not a very pleasant evening.

Music played all night from a downstairs party that lasted until 12a. I was offered to be moved to a different room so I couldn’t hear it. The ceilings were peeling and there were holes in the ceiling of the bathroom. Carpet was dirty and the rooms were smaller than the pictures on the site I was asked to pay a pet fee which it’s not mentioned on the site and I was also asked to pay a $50 security deposit after I already paid on the site but that wasn’t the biggest issue.
