Best Hotels with Gym in South West Delhi

We had a great time at Welcom ITC hotel. Sameer our concierge was all the time ready to assist us. My friend in a mobility scooter was able to go all around the hotel. So I Can recomen it for wheelchair users too. The food at the Pavallion 75 had delicious pizza we recommended it a lot. Pooja was very helpful too with our check out.

Hotel is nice, place was also nice, staff behaviour is supportive. Everything is awesome and at fullest. Radisson has multiple properties but i like this very much. Because of location, reachability. I do have suggestion to start picking up the guest from Airport for free. Even from Metro station. It’s not too far but I suppose that better option. Else we need to book uber, ola etc. So, Keep it up the good work, looking again to be there soon.

The biggest advantage is that you don't have to leave the airport. It was an early morning flight the next day, so it was helpful to be able to check in for the airline ticket first. You can't go to the hotel unless you are accompanied by the hotel staff, so if the timing is bad, you will have to wait for a long time. (I was lucky enough to be guided immediately) The room was old and small for the price, but very clean. There is hand soap, shampoo and body soap. Unfortunately, I pre-paid with a credit card, but when I checked out, I was told that the payment had not been made. Even if I say I'm already paying, ”No, I'm not paying.” I had printed out the reservation slip and the receipt, so when I showed them, I was told that it was OK after doing some research behind the scenes. What would have happened if I hadn't been able to prove the payment... (the price is also high) It is better to keep the reservation slip and the receipt ready to be shown.
