Travelodge Southport

Very clean and central to all amenities, no one on recepyuntil 3 pm so I had to carry my suitcase around with me for 2 hours , that’s my only complaint as I thought would be able to drop my case off. Would definitely stay again , it’s very near friends I was visiting for the 2 days .

Clean rooms , good location, only problem is the mobile phone signal is not very good unless you stay on the fifth floor.

Easy to find and well located hotel. We spent 2 nights here and had no issues. Unfortunately it rained on both days but we tried to make the best of it. Everything is close by and there’s a Morrisons right next door for convince. The room was clean and we slept comfortable both nights.

Staff at this particular hotel are some of the friendliest we have come across and we stay in a lot of them. The staff were very helpful and polite. Parking was next to the hotel charged at £9 for 24 hours and there is free parking at the front of the hotel from 6pm until 8am. The room was clean and the shower was good. Fantastic base in Southport

It’s a simple standard setup and you know what you’re getting. It’s clean comfortable and convenient. Staff at reception were friendly on check in and gave us directions. Great location near eveything and room was spotless.

My family recently stayed at the Southport Travelodge for an overnight stay. The staff weren't very helpful when we asked about where we could park the car - recently we have had to pay a parking fine for just unloading our luggage on the nearby car park - our car was only there for 5 mins and we received a £100 parking fine this week. The room we received was right near the main door and we could hear the main door banging most of the night and early morning also the room wasn't very clean - we found hairs in the bathroom - sink was blocked and we found stains on the duvet cover - also one of the walls had some kind of dirt mark on it - I'm not sure what it is. Our family felt very uncomfortable and uneasy whilst we were staying at the Southport Travelodges. We have stayed in many Travelodges before and our experience has never has bad as this one before - I don't usually do reviews but I feel I needed to do one this time to warn future guests.

Well positioned hotel in Southport around all the local attractions. Staff are friendly and rooms are clean. Bed was comfy, what more do you really need. We also got a great deal. We had 2 rooms and no issues. Already booked again for summer see you soon.

It was fine but need more staff and it needs new locks on doors spent a long time trying to get into room apart from that would give it a thumbs up , it was very quiet but we went midweek , so not sure what its like at the weekend , good for short break ..
