"Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet acceptable standards. The cleanliness of the hotel, particularly the room, was below expectations. There was an unpleasant odor in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. In addition, the housekeeping standards did not reflect the level of quality expected from a hotel of your reputation.
Moreover, the service was extremely slow. Requests were not handled in a timely manner, and there was a noticeable lack of responsiveness from the staff, which further affected the overall experience.
I believe that cleanliness and service quality are fundamental aspects of any hotel stay, and regrettably, both were lacking during my visit. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the level of service for future guests."

"The hotel is a bit old and the rooms are relatively small. I was a bit surprised that the twin room had a 0.8m bed. However, the service was quite good, and the breakfast was also very good. There were many local foods, and the bread tasted quite different from Western food. The cheese at breakfast was excellent!"

GGuest UserDuring our stay, both Butler Kim and Butler Hani were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They made everything feel easy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Kim, in particular, truly stood out. She was cheerful, warm, and very thoughtful, and even took the initiative to help my husband and me take beautiful photos, which meant so much to us. Her genuine care and positive energy made our experience feel personal rather than routine.

The next day we had to go to the airport to catch a flight after watching a football game, and time was very tight. The hotel concierge, Concierge bellman Ibrahim, gave us a lot of help, allowing us to watch the game without worry and take the hotel car to the airport. Thank you very much, Concierge bellman Ibrahim.

The hotel staff provided warm and attentive service.
We booked a basic room and received a welcome card and local snacks. The hotel is filled with local charm and is a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.

TTONGThe hotel is located in the north of Riyadh, the new district, like the development zones of some cities in China. There will be a king's financial district and many high-rise buildings under construction in the urban area. It only takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. But it is a bit far from the old town. The facilities of the hotel are very good, especially with a bathtub. There are no bathtubs in many international brand hotels in this desert city. The hotel's restaurant is also very good, the food and taste are very much like, the buffet has a lot of precious fruits, value for money.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the city center. Although the decoration is very old, it is very cost-effective. The room we stayed in did not have a bathtub, but I personally felt it was very comfortable. The transportation nearby is very convenient and it is close to the bus station

The hotel location is in a area under construction and there is a lot of dust.
There isn’t many visitors, therefore, the restaurant doesn’t prepare an open buffet, the bring the breakfast to your room according to what they have.
