Stayed in Cristal Amaken for a night: - Dry look and feel entrance - Spacious lobby - Starbucks available in the lobby (& Mövenpick ice cream too) - Room: fully equipped, spacious - In-room amenities available (kettle, coffee, tea, minibar..etc. Safe available too but wasn’t working - Basic breakfast buffet, fresh - Spotted a pool which is an added feature - Gym Hammam.. etc available - Staff were sweet and accommodating - Wi-Fi needs improvement- slow and keeps cutting off In a nutshell, if you are planning on visiting the industrial zone in Riyadh, Cristal Amaken is your right choice.

I usually try to find something positive to say about a place, but with this hotel it is almost impossible. If there was something good to say I think that going out of business would be the kindest thing. Everything is below any standard, but especially the service level of this hotel deserves the mention of being just horrible. Some daily picks: sound insulation is not available, non-smoking rooms are smelling of tobacco, A/C is making the loudest possible noise and the bedbugs are making attacks. Then you try to change rooms and the personnel inform that they will transfer the luggage to another room during a days absence and you arrive late in the evening just to notice that nothing has happened… On top of that when you get out of the shower naked a guy steps in with his luggage saying that he has a reservation for the same room.

The hotel is ok to rest. But the service need to be improved. 3 times asked to change the coffee machine because it was broken. But no action was taken. Another time when I stayed in this hotel coffee machine didn’t work either

The breakfast order in the buffet area is 99sar. The waiter in the dining area is generally very good. It will be a la carte meal for the delivery. It is very full. The public area is quite complete, six small conference rooms, a large conference room, but once there is a company meeting there during the period, the room price will increase a lot, pay attention to the price comparison! To be honest, the price is low, the public area is not large, but the price is more expensive than Marriott. If you don’t care about the distance, another intercity not far away is more recommended. The whole will be better, but his swimming pool is on the roof. There is no obstruction, which is less.

The location is at the end of the kingdom Tower. There is another Novotel nearer to the Kingdom tower if you are looking to be there. The amenities at this hotel is great. No issue getting uber ride. Bed and bathroom is clean. However, there was a few nights i need to ask for towel and bathroom mat as the cleaner forgot to put back but is a small matter. Overall a great stay as bed are firm and nice :)

Breakfast is very suitable for Chinese people and clean. I will stay next time.

Best 5-star hotel in Riyadh. The amazing team and business+leisure location - all time favourite in Riyadh. The view from the rooms are breathtaking and the food is truly sumptuous. You can be sure to see some genuine smile at people at the this place who truly care for you to be best!

The rooms are large, basically have private bathrooms, three meals are abundant, airport pick-up is provided, and they will take us to buy specialties and go shopping when we have time. It is a very suitable friend, and the beef chili sauce is quite good. Forgot to take pictures of the rich lunch. The picture is of a party where we went out to explore stores together. Like it.

A beautiful hotel in which I spent three nights of the most beautiful hotels I lived in, the speed of responding to requests, the Wi-Fi service, the breakfast restaurant, the price is very good, I advised the hotel manager and the staff to be very kind.
