5-Star Hotels in Riyadh

During our stay, both Butler Kim and Butler Hani were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They made everything feel easy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Kim, in particular, truly stood out. She was cheerful, warm, and very thoughtful, and even took the initiative to help my husband and me take beautiful photos, which meant so much to us. Her genuine care and positive energy made our experience feel personal rather than routine. 

All facilities are very good, the sanitary environment is very comfortable, the view is very good, and the night view is beautiful. There is a luxurious and colorful shopping mall next to it. The whole hotel is also very luxurious, modern and elegant with gold glittering. The gym is great, and the view is very wide when you get up in the morning to exercise. The swimming pool is also beautiful.

The hotel is quite new, stylish and comfortable. It is perfectly situated since it is close to the metro station which gets you in 30-40 mim to the airport . Rooms are in a good condition. Breakfast is perfect. I especially liked the female gym for it's cleaness, quite, equipement and pool.

I stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the hotel very much. It is conveniently located next to the major subway station so I could travel within town without being stuck in infamous traffic. I had a suite and it was tastefully decorated and had all the modern levels of comfort, including the smart light system and a stand alone tub. Since it was my birthday, I also was given a very delicious complementary cake to celebrate this occasion, along with a basket of fruits and Arabic coffee. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. P.S. One note - I wish they had a concierge because none of the reception employees knew anything about the celebration of the Founding Day, not even the fact that the roads to the hotel were blocked by the police and it took extra 30 mins for the taxi driver to go around.

The hotel is a 20-minute drive from the airport. Arriving late at night is really like being in the Arab world for a thousand and one nights. The facilities are luxurious and the rooms are comfortable. The room service manager who understands Chinese in the lobby is particularly enthusiastic. In the morning, I was awakened by the pigeons outside the window and saw the sun in Riyadh more than 40 degrees. Breakfast was not bad.

The photos posted on Ctrip don't match the actual room. The room is smaller than in the pictures and doesn't even have a bathtub 😠. For a suite, the price-performance ratio is just average, but the exterior of the hotel is quite photogenic.

French decoration style, good service attitude and level, but the area is in the north of Riyadh, belonging to the new district, a bit out of the way

Guys at the reception and the concierge were kind and very professional. The location is perfect to reach any spot. Common areas very curated. Tha bathroom is huge. Room cleanliness can be improved.

The breakfast is delicious and diverse, and the cocktail service is very fast and everything in the resort is beautiful and 🤍✨ is a very beautiful experience and I recommend it.

The atmosphere and food was amazing. It’s a great place with clean rooms. The staff are kind, helpful, and professional, especially the receptionist, Mr. Fahad Altaweel, who made my stay smooth and was extremely helpful. I will definitely come back again.
