3-Star Hotels in Essen

My son really loved the hotel's design aesthetic. The room's decor perfectly matched the overall industrial, factory-like theme of the hotel. There was no kettle, coffee machine, or fridge in the room; if you needed anything, you had to go down to the bar. We bought some ham and fruit but couldn't finish it, so we had to store it in the fridge downstairs. The classic European breakfast offered very few hot dishes, mostly cold items. Luckily, there's a large Chinese supermarket nearby, which satisfied my Chinese palate!

The hotel is a bit far from the main train station, about one subway stop away and then a 10-15 minute walk. The room was quite clean. The decor was industrial and new. Breakfast was a good value, at 10 euros per person, which was the cheapest option.

Highly recommended. Hotel is next to metro station. Walking distance to Messe Fair, also have a lot of restaurants nearby. The rooms are newly renovated, free coffee and tea are provided. The common rooms/areas are excellent to meet business partners. I definitely will book this hotel in next year.

Very good, the location is in the city center, very good, very original, and very clean. Did not eat breakfast, there are pancakes and fruits nearby. There is a parking lot, but you need to check in before 11 o'clock, or no one at the front desk can check in and can’t park the car

Friendly staff, very clean and beautiful hotel, very centrally located. You could only think if you get the view of the A40 that it must be noisy at the same time, but when the windows are, you hear NOT.

The rooms are relatively spacious and the facilities are generally simple, with stone floors and no air conditioning. In summer, the windows are not too hot when they are open during the day, and they will be quieter when they are closed. The breakfast was good.

i enjoyed my stay here immensely, the staff were helpful, they gave me a late check in due to travel arrangements & also provided iron & ironing board when I requested it. I would have liked to see milk for the coffee available in my room, & at times the property behind was a little loud. but still an excellent stay
