The room is very good overall and the area is very good. But I lived on the 2nd floor this time. It was very noisy at 6 or 7 in the morning. The sound of car horns outside the building was also a variety of rumbling sounds. I couldn't bear to go to the front desk. It was useless.

We had a pleasant stay at the Ibis Hotel in Lima. The location is very central and convenient, with many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. The hotel is well soundproofed, which made the stay quiet and comfortable. The rooms are on the smaller side, but they work fine for two adults. The staff was helpful whenever we needed assistance. One thing to note is that the rooms do not include a kettle or mini-fridge, which may be inconvenient for some travelers. Overall, it’s a good, reliable option for a short stay in Lima, especially if you value location and a quiet room.

Greatly appreciate that they let me check in early. Greatly appreciate that they helped me with my luggage. Hotel had filtered water so I saved on buying bottled water. Hotel had excellent wi-fi. Excellent A/C. Plenty of power outlets Elevator was quick. Breakfast is acceptable. Excellent lighting in the room. Nice hot shower. Quiet area. 10 minute walk to Airport Express bus. 15 minute walk to Malecon or Kennedy park. The area feels safe. Oxxo about a 4 minute walk. Safe in the room.

The hotel is incredible, the room was superb, extra comfy. The breakfast amazing and the personnel was super kind and always ready to help and gave us a delicious welcome drink and a cake for my husband birthday. The area is accesible to all the nice neighbourhood of Miraflores. Arriving to the airport was a bit of a challenge, as the city is collapsed with traffic, leave with lots of hours in advance. Thanks for such a lovely stay in Lima!

This is my second year in a row staying at this hotel for business trips, and I'm quite satisfied with the breakfast, service, and cleanliness. The surrounding area feels very safe; it's a tourist zone and very close to the beach.

Overall, I found the room very clean and appreciated the layout with two queen-sized beds and a workspace. However, I noticed there were no power outlets located near the desk, which made working difficult. Additionally, while the bathroom was bright and well-lit, the shower experienced frequent temperature fluctuations. Regarding the dining experience, the breakfast selection became a bit monotonous over a four-night stay; however, I appreciated that the staff was happy to prepare fried eggs upon request. I also enjoyed the excellent restaurant on the ground floor and the convenience of having Edo Sushi located across the road.

Hotel one block from tourist info center. Where you can also grab the Airport Express bus for 20 soles. Quiet area with lots of restaurants, laundry services on Benavides street and money exchange places as well as ATMs only a short walkaway. Hair dryer available if you ask at front desk. No lock box in the room. Breakfast is good. I think $12 USD. But if you want a light breakfast for less money it is easy to grab breakfast elsewhere. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The location is excellent, with restaurants, cafés, shops, and public transportation all within walking distance, making it very convenient to explore the city without needing a car. The staff were one of the highlights of my stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel comfortable and valued as a guest. Their professionalism and kindness really made a difference.

The housekeeping mad mostly a very good job, the cleaning in my room was good. Shower was also quite good. They had also a massage chair in the lobby, which I really enjoyed. But sometimes they put to much cleanser (chemicals)on that device, so that my shirt and my neck smelled after using, very strong like chemicals. That was bad. Breakfast was tasty.

the hotel is located right in the historical city center at walking distance to main attractions, the staff is very supportive, we have to leave our suitcases for 3 days and they kept it at the reception without extra charge.
