Very Clean and Tidy with Beautiful Authentic Thai Furniture, lovely Lady owner I would definitely stay again it's so nice and comfortable, and the reception area is like a home living room your all welcome to sit on the sofas and drink free coffee, amazing place, where you do really feel like being at Home and has said before the lady owner is very Amazing looks after her guests like family.

Comfortable and very pleasant stay. The atmosphere was great, perfect for a relaxing getaway. We arrived before noon and the hotel was very kind to let us check in before 2 PM. We'll definitely be back next time!

Very good location, next to the main road, easy to travel, suitable for a stopover on the way, the 3-bed room is not very big but not uncomfortable. There is a lot of space to put things. Affordable room rates including breakfast.

Cheap accommodation, newly renovated, very beautiful paint, separate male and female bathrooms and showers, great view, common area, clean and soft bed, storage at the head of the bed, easy to fold work desk, cool air conditioner, only bad thing is I couldn't find the hair dryer, it was late at night so I didn't call the staff. If you have a car you have to enter behind Katreeya Condo on the forest side. Coming alone feels very safe because the condo belongs to the juristic person who screens people entering and exiting. The accommodation is on the top floor.

Nice hotel . Nothing to complain . The room interior could be a little bit improved , for example by adding extra things around the door for hanging clothes and stuff, or one more chair in the balcony. But overall it's ok

1) 3 beds on photo - but administration wanted us to pay for extra bed , for the room we already payed for 3 persons . Only after 30 min of nervous talking they gave us pillow and bed linen for baby . Be careful with booking if you are family . 2) pool - 1.3 m ! Is only for baby??? No place to lay near pool . 3) rooms on second floor - have to walk uncomfortable stairs. Round… with luggage 😒 4) breakfast small - 2 eggs and etc. American small breakfast. 5) very clean and comfortable beds . Also not loudly place. Sleep good . 6)toilet wasn’t clean enough…

The room was so clean and filled with amenities, There are many compartments with locks and keys you can keep your valuables in. As well as a fridge, mirror table, tv etc But the best thing about the stay was the owner who was so friendly, he checked me in at 3am as I arrived late and was ready to help any time. The location is a short walk from the beach. Easy to find on grab and google maps Felt safe and had amazing sleep, would recommend

The school is in a very good location. Walk across the road to Cha-am Beach. There are 7 sides, 555+. Walk a little more and there are restaurants, various beach areas, a beautiful lobby, good rooms, all furniture is carefully selected with good things. The bathroom with shower is very nice. The bed, the lamp, the pillows are grade A, all unmixed. There is a dimmer and a kettle with a coffee set. Elegant and good looking. The price is accessible, the best value. 200 cash key deposit.

Nice and cozy. Bed and pillows are comfortable. I had good night sleeps. Basic amenities are provided. Staffs are friendly. You get what you see, room are same as shown. I like the small quiet corner provided. Good location just near to the beachside. Recommended. It will be better for those who will arrive earlier to contact the hotel beforehand for luggage storage or so as I noticed no one was at the counter in the am time.

The hotel was easy to find, closer to the beach than I thought when booking. Some nice places to eat nearby. Caution when swimming! There is a white wall in the pool, it’s not easy to see when you are in the water. It separates a section of the pool and the wall is not marked. Around 8-10 inches below the water surface, no markings and I swam right into it. The pool chemicals were extremely high, very strong and hurts your eyes when swimming under water. Staff were pleasant, checkin was quick and someone showed me directly to my room. Extra money for a pool side room seemed hardly worth it. Disturbed easily by kids playing in the pool at 7am.
