Amazing
CCristobal AndresI stayed one night at the Hilton in Fort Collins for a business trip and it was a really good experience. The location made things easy since it’s close to downtown and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Check-in was simple and the staff were friendly and welcoming right from the start.
The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed was great and I slept well, which is always important when you’re traveling for work. I also liked that there was a good desk setup and the Wi-Fi worked without any issues, so I was able to catch up on emails without stress.
I didn’t get a chance to try the gym or restaurant, but the hotel itself felt well taken care of and the lobby had a nice vibe for sitting down or taking a call.
Overall, it was exactly what I needed for a quick business trip. Comfortable, efficient, and easy. I’d be happy to stay here again.
GGuest UserNice, close location close to one of the Rocky Mountain State Park entrances.
We had room #10 with the jacuzzi whirlpool. It was a little dated - the tile and tub are pink, but it worked fine and my 7 year son LOVED taking a bath in it.
Do be aware that the main bed in this space is a murphy bed and the secondary bed is a hide-a-bed. The murphy bed was not the most comfortable thing.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to Rocky Mountain National Park. The room is very clean and well-planned. The breakfast is also good. The design of the shower room is very good. It exceeded expectations. I highly recommend everyone to stay here.
KKongxindaluobo2017Very good, the kitchen is fully equipped, it is very convenient to go anywhere, and there is free parking in the parking lot opposite the hotel.
GGuest UserThe room is fine. I think the breakfast needs work. I get that Covid affected this but others are cooking eggs, bacon etc…. The guest can’t touch anything. They are prepared and given to the guests. Yours needs work. I could not believe I had to pay for parking. The front staff ask me “did I plan on parking here”. I just drove up from TX booked three nights, where else would I park “. So I had to pay for parking. That is unacceptable! Then I was told to pull the bedding and towel and place outside the room. And out the trash outside the room. You might want to give people a normal trash bag to hold to the trash. I had to get one from a family member. Otherwise trash would have been on the floor. If I’m pulling bedding and emptying trash, I’d like to be paid. This is my vacation not a working vacation. You e got a nice hotel but this is not working for me.
GGuest UserThey employees were nice. But the room was hot even though it was at 61 degrees it was hot. So i went and told them they gave me a fan instead of trying to give me another room thats has an ac working. They say the were over booked. And with the fan the room was still hot i had to wake up 2 times at night to shower cold water cause i was sweating..
DDustin PaulFriendly staff and very nice hotel. Breakfast was great and the property is right off the interstate. If I have to be picky, my only complaints include the following: Noisy bathroom fan, staff shortage (waited on hold forever trying to call front desk) and the fitness room was not regularly serviced. The water machine was broke, one of the bikes had a broken mechanism and one of the treadmills sounded like it was going to explode. Still get 5 stars though as the hotel was otherwise great.
