If you press the password at the front door and enter, there is a place to press the password of the accommodation again. There is no desk, but you can contact with the message. Please store your luggage.
The water provided is free.
I gave you one bread per person and one cappuccino for breakfast.
The cafe staff are friendly and I don't sit down and eat.
I'll tell you the choice, so please refer to it.
Cappuccino is also delicious with shoes!
I arrived at the hostel at 10:30 p.m. and it looked dangerous only to see the street

DDonna ElisabethPhenomenal hotel!! The staff are so lovely, caring and competent. We had an issue trying to book the one and only ferry Bari to Dubrovnik which turned out to be an impossible feat due to demand but the time and energy the reception staff invested in problem solving was astounding. Rosanna even went so far as to call all her travel agency friends … she ensured we could keep our room for another two nights. Her male colleague was just as invested in providing us with multiple options.
The hotel is stylish, immaculate and cleverly laid out. Very easy private parking for only €10 per day. The gym met all my needs while the pool is another massive plus in this great laid back suburb of Bari. The hotel is a €10 cab fare from the Old Town. Free non alcoholic beverages in our room’s mini bar and in the foyer, Free coffee in Italy!!! Never heard of it!! The included in room rate breakfast is a large diverse buffet offering a lot of healthy options.

When checking in, we were told that the reservation was not paid, although everything was paid for. And they could not resolve this issue for almost a day, they kept us in suspense because of this.
The air conditioner sometimes worked, sometimes not. It could turn off by itself at night, and then turn on by itself. In the midst of the heat in August - this is unacceptable.
It is very noisy with the window open.
We liked the breakfasts. Nice view of the city at breakfast.
The cleaners do not understand English.
For some reason, they put one 0.5 l bottle of water for two guests, there were no slippers, towels leave lint, one blanket for two and also without a duvet cover, which is extremely inconvenient and only two sheets on top and bottom.
These are the minuses.
Pros - quite clean, nice room, good location, for an early check-out they gave us lunch boxes, helped call a taxi.

TTTTTTTeddyXXXXXXThe hotel is conveniently located, very close to the train station and on Bari's busiest pedestrian street, but the soundproofing is good so it's fairly quiet. Learning from the previous two experiences, this time I contacted the merchant a few hours in advance to submit the self-service check-in and get the password. I had a breakfast voucher, but I didn't take it because I had to catch a bus the next morning.

MmlenitskayaStayed here for a night while traveling from Bari to Matera. Small room but very clean. Location didn’t matter for us, but around there is everything you might need. The service was great , very helpful. The breakfast is simple : coffee, juice and croissant in the cafe nearby.

YYidingmu2010Hotel health is OK, the bathroom is large, but the room is too small, the 28-inch suitcase is basically unable to spread, the four-star star is high. The room is not soundproof, the other rooms open and close the door too loud, basically listening clearly.

GGuest UserIn one room from air condition running water down, we i told it in recipient she told me all i can do is to clean,
In second room there were no air so we ask to move to another room ( in that room was pregnant women), they asked us to wait for day after, and they changed, but by the end they asked for change 20 euro
And in the third room we noticed that the close room can look inside the bath room . We complained about it and they said the they are not the bosses .
I refused to pay until the boss will came but he ignored us.
I want my money back
