What our group of friends loved most: · Private Karaoke System: The KTV setup was awesome with a massive, up-to-date song library. We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs · Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable. Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us: · Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer. · Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch. Booked this apartment for its location and also because it was almost brand new. Positives: + Location - close to town and very convenient + It's almost brand new and low occupancy so very quiet and amenities in building are brand new although things like spa pool and atapchi pool are closed. + Good customer service from IWH. Customer service officer Dee was very helpful and friendly. + Cukcoo water dispenser in unit which is great was getting both hot and cold drinking water. + Branded appliances. Negatives: - Apartment's furnishing wasn't great. Dining stool has this metal strip around it that is sharp and actually cut my daughter's leg. - Mattress was ultra hard while pillow is too soft. - While towels and shower gel and shampoo is provided, there is no handwashing soap provided. - Towels provided are fairly low quality and one even had cigarette smell which we asked to be replaced. - While we appreciate the separate shower cubicle and toilet, there is no curtains to separate the bathroom area and the living area making changing clothes coming out of shower abit of a hassle. - Water pressure is not great. Overall, while the price is good, this we feel is one of those case where the apartment looks much better in photos than actual due to the budget friendly furnishing used.

Great location and an excellent homestay experience overall! The prime location also made exploring the area incredibly easy. The only minor issue we encountered was that the provided towels had a noticeable musty odor. Aside from that small detail, everything was perfect, and we would highly recommend this place for big groups or families!

Everything was in tip top shape. The room, the beds, the breakfast selection was alright. The staff was also very attentive and friendly. The only gripe that we had was the electricity. We turned off the AC at night when it got too cold, and when we woke up, the electricity was cut off. This happened for 2 nights straight. All in all, highly recommended!

This was my second stay here, and I still love the spacious room. Everything was perfect overall. 🤩 This time, we were a little unlucky because the room suddenly had a blackout in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. The next morning, after we called the service counter, the staff came to check and found that an electrical wire had burned out. They kindly offered to let us change rooms several times, but since we were checking out soon, it was fine for us to stay. The staff also apologized sincerely during check-out. Despite this small issue, I would definitely stay here again because the location is excellent, very close to tourist attractions and the highway.👍

Typical ‘Airbnb’-like experience , everything is digital, just follow instructions you’ll be fine. Online WhatsApp to contact the management team, they are pretty responsive. 2 issues Our unit in 08-07A, the common toilet started to stink after a shower, think the plumbing needs to be rechecked. Strangely the stink went away the next day after the toilet dried out by itself. The car park for this development is REALLY NARROW and u have to park designated lots. We drove 4 levels up and sharp turn saw many cars scratch their side on the pillars. Not the fault of the accommodation but be wary if u r driving a car and a new driver, go SLOW! Good stay overal

Unfortunately, our stay was not as satisfactory as we had hoped. The parking instructions were unclear. We were told to park at a designated lot, but upon arrival, the designated level was not yet open due to ongoing piping works. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and confusion. In addition, the entire building appears to still be under renovation. The flooring in common areas was covered with protective sheets and the environment was extremely dusty. As we were travelling with a young baby, this was particularly concerning for us. We do not feel that the property is fully ready for guests, especially families with infants. Inside the unit, there were also quite a number of black ants, which was frustrating and affected our comfort during the stay. Overall, we feel the apartment may not yet be ready to be rented out in its current condition.

Upon arrival the 2 contact details provided don't respond and it's really annoying and disappointing. 1 contact go into voicemail box and another will never pick up the call which somehow give you the impression of the host is not reliable(Attached conversation without reply) The property manager or agent that host these property really need to be more professional. The unit is full of new paintings and the smell cause lots of discomfort(Attached the toilet door with new paint) The bidet or sprinkler is broken and the water is scattered around and cause our clothes and toilet paper all wet!!!(Attached photo broken bidet) They don't install ventilation fan on the toilet and when you open the window for air circulation your neighbors could see you.Their intentions is very clear which is they don't bother the comfort of the guest(Attached photo of when open up the toilet window for ventilation the upper floor could see through hence no privacy while shower.You shower with window close and its felt suffocating after a while!!!) As Ipoh is famous for eateries to our surprise when we packed our supper home the utensils is really disappointing.The host barely provides you any plates and utensils.Maybe just 4 cups 4 plates as if anything extra will cause them a million dollars investment.You can't find extra waste plastic bags or toilet paper.They simply being too calculative and don't provide any extra even you are using it to keep their unit clean at least if you provide me with extra waste plastic bags we could pack our waste and keep it clean and hygiene instead. Each room only 2 towels for shower and no pools towel provided.Very inconsiderate!!! The worst part is they will sent you a check out instructions 6am in the morning to wake you up!!! If you having a peak booking on our check out date you may sent a reminder for checkout but please not at 6am in the morning !!! I think Trip.Com should check on your agent quality and set a minimum standards.The property host is really disappointed we don't have time to waste so we just put up with it and write a review after check out.

The stay was good except that the location is next to the highway and we could not sleep well due to the loud traffic noise. Suggest to install noise cancellation windows for all the room. Else the stay will not be pleasant and will affect your business. For your consideration pls.
