After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable. Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us: · Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer. · Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch. Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back! This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamless—we never had to think about what to do next. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. The total atmosphere was really calming and gorgeous! The interiors, every single detail of it was just wow. Not only that, the staff and service were so kind and welcoming... Moreover, the food was delicious and wholesome. Overall, the stay will make you feel like you are actually in Bali and it will be the most soothing+unforgettable experience. Sure will come again.

It was clean and safe. Bed is clean, shower is clean, common area is clean. Just a couple things: 1) wish the compound was smoke/cigarette-free (it was a middle aged local man who smoked in the area next to the pantry, looks like one of you idk); 2) don’t expect to go to bed early 😂 you can go to bed early but theres a bar below so you hear the music, and I was in the female dorm on level 1, lotsa noise coming from the floors above. However, people generally go quiet after, I think the bar closes? Which is 1am. Not sure, I went to bed around 10pm and was in and out of sleep. Overall the place is great.

Great location, close to 7-Eleven, a Mamak restaurant, Lotus's, and my course venue. The room price was reasonable, and it even had a fan if you didn't want to use the air conditioning. The bathroom was okay, though I wasn't a huge fan of the glass panel – it looked a bit odd, even though you could draw a curtain to cover it. But overall, it was good. It was also convenient for breaking fast, as it was near a Ramadan bazaar.

Spent one night at this hotel for a business trip, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was for the price. The parking area is spacious and free, with valet parking available from RM30 per night. The hotel has a modern design and is equipped with a Face ID-like entry system, which adds a nice touch of technology. All the room switches are touchscreen as well. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. I also really loved the bathroom design, especially the electronically operated toilet seat very much like the ones you’d find in Japan. They also provide complimentary snacks and carbonated drinks, which was a nice bonus. Overall, definitely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for its price. Great comfort, modern facilities, and plenty of thoughtful touches. Would definitely consider staying here again.

The location is quite convenient and easy to find. The staff were also very helpful, guiding me through the self check-in and check-out process step-by-step. The only downside is that the room environment was a bit worrying; there was a strange odor as soon as I entered, and I even found a small cockroach. Everything else was acceptable, especially for 60 ringgit – you can't expect a five-star environment. 😅😅 Amenities: Hairdryer ❌ Kettle ❌ Water dispenser available outside and downstairs ✅ Towel ✅

The curtains were not thick enough, allowing sunlight to stream in and making the room feel hot. The café staff member behaved rudely, accusing us of not paying for breakfast without checking first. The staff member did not apologize after we showed proof that our booking included breakfast, and simply walked away with an unpleasant expression.

Worth the price you pay! Great location, just beside the highway. Everything is clean, aircond was functioning well, the room is nice. It’s just that the small fridge is not functioning and the water pressure is kinda slow. But I don’t really mind. The front desk was also nice. I will reconsider staying at this hotel again for a short staycation.

Overall Rating: ★★★☆☆ The apartment's biggest advantage is its excellent location. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shopping options within walking distance, making it very convenient for families and larger groups. The host was responsive and replied promptly when we raised issues during our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property fell well below our expectations. We encountered ants throughout the apartment—including the living room, sofa, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms—which made it difficult to enjoy our stay. Although the host provided insect spray after we reported the issue, the infestation was so widespread that spraying the entire apartment was neither practical nor a comfortable solution. Several areas were dusty, the curtains had a noticeable layer of dust, and the bedsheets and toilet rolls appeared old. We were also charged RM60 for an extra bedsheet for two nights, but the condition of the bedding did not justify the additional fee. The sofa showed signs of wear, and one of the ceiling fans was noisy during operation. For larger groups, please note that when someone showers upstairs, the downstairs bathroom cannot be used properly due to water pressure issues. We were informed that this affects every unit in the building, suggesting it is a known issue rather than an isolated incident. The facilities were also disappointing. The jacuzzi was unavailable during our stay and appeared to be non-functional, making it more decorative than usable. The host initially agreed to compensate us for the cleaning fee due to the cleanliness issues, but we did not receive any further update after that. Overall, the apartment has great potential because of its strategic location, but significant improvements in cleanliness, pest control, maintenance, and facility upkeep are needed before I could recommend it to others. Pros Excellent location with many restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. Responsive communication from the host. Cons Widespread ant infestation throughout the apartment. Dusty environment, including dusty curtains. Old bedsheets, worn furniture, and additional bedding charges that did not reflect the quality provided. Noisy ceiling fan. Water pressure issue prevents simultaneous use of upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. Jacuzzi was not usable, just a decoration. Compensation for the cleaning issue was promised but never followed up.

Second time staying at this hotel. Overall OK, only the room that I got this time. The door looks like there is room and it doesn't close. So you can hear all the sounds outside, the room before this is very OK. Maybe management can fix door number 305.
