Our stay at this Pool Villa was an absolute blastâit was fantastic from start to finish and completely exceeded our expectations! They have 5 rooms and 7 double beds, pretty spacious for up to 14 people.
Top-Notch Entertainment Facilities - A Total Surprise!
This place is more than just a private pool; it's a full-blown private entertainment hub! What our group of friends loved most:
¡ Private Karaoke System: The KTV setup was awesome with a massive, up-to-date song library. We found all the latest hits, classics, and Cantonese songs
¡ Retro Arcade Games & Pool Table: The arcade cabinet had so many classic games for a serious nostalgia trip. After that, switching to a competitive game of pool kept the energy high. These facilities really made our trip unforgettable.
Thoughtful Touches That Made All the Difference
Beyond the fun, it was the thoughtful details that truly impressed us:
¡ Water Dispenser in the Kitchen: Incredibly convenient! No need to boil water or buy loads of bottles. Having instant hot and cold water on tap was a game-changer.
¡ Luxurious Bathtub & Bath Salt: The biggest sweet touch was the owner providing bath salt for us! After a full day of activities, sinking into a fragrant, hot bath was the perfect way to unwind and felt like pure luxury. This small gift added such a personal, caring touch.
Verdict: We Will 100% Be Back!
This villa perfectly combines a luxurious private space, premium entertainment, and heartfelt service. From swimming to singing, gaming to soaking, everything was seamlessâwe never had to think about what to do next.
I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to all my friends. Whether it's for a big group hangout, a family gathering, or a special celebration, this is the perfect choice. Thank you to the owner for creating such a wonderful space for making memories.

GGuest UserFor the price, I think it is a reasonable option. Â However objectively:
1. The air-cons don't work well - one of them was leaking. Â The staff was helpful in sending contractor to fix while we were out but due to miscommunication (because we have connecting rooms) the âfixâ was made to the air-con that wasn't leaking as badly as the one we complained about. Â To be fair they offered to swap rooms but we are a family of 5 and it was a hassle to repack and move so we declined.Â
2. The hot water was very good despite some reviews. Â However the shower head in one of the rooms were such that they don't stay put so occasional splashes happened.Â
3. One of the rooms wasn't cleaned (we have connecting room) - the âmake my roomâ card wasn't available in one of the room so we hung on just 1 of the room and left the connecting door open, thinking that the cleaners would clean both. Â They only cleaned 1. Â I guess we could have outright told reception instead of assuming that the cleaners will clean both rooms since we left the connecting door open.Â
4. I paid for extra bed - but the bedsheet was dusty - they changed it (or at least vacuumed it) after the first night.Â
5. The beds were quite comfortable, they offered free bottled water and coffee sachets, tv worked, fridges worked, rooms were decent sized, wifi was ok - ample street parking, the lights were ok but one of the rooms had stark white lights instead of the warmer ones. Location was good, just off the highway and across the eateries in Bercham.Â
6. The staff were helpful and friendly. Â Despite the complaints they texted me and constantly called to check if we needed towels (because one of the room weren't cleaned) and they asked twice if we wanted to change rooms (we didn't because of reason stated above).Â
7. Suggestion - build a small ramp to go up to the hotel from the road if possible. Â It will be helpful for luggage and older folks / wheelchairs etc.Â
All in all, it was a decent stay. Â Price was competitive but cleanliness could be better - and air-con/shower heads can be better maintained.Â

GGuest UserI booked the Superior Queen room but when I checked in, they informed me the room type was fully booked and they wanted to give 3 pax room, free upgrade but I declined because I did not like to stay in a bigger room alone. So, I told the FO to give me any room for 2 pax which Deluxe Queen room with the river view. During night time it was a bit scary since the window was facing big trees. The room was clean and comfortable. WIFI speed and connection was good. The hotel had a parking lot in the basement but was quite limited. For breakfast, just okay for me. It was the view, that made it a good breakfast time. Nevertheless, for business travelers, I do recommend this hotel to stay.

GGuest UserI ordered a unit with 3 room with the topic of muji,the second me and my family open the door,a strong scent of furniture rush into my lungs,i instantly contact the owner team,wanted to have a appropriate solutions,but they dinnt reply much,keep on asking us to wait for them to check stuff,meanwhile,i contacted agent of trip.com,telling her about the situations,the agent reach out to the owner team too,but dinnt even get a reply from them,as the unit i booked was a no-refund unit,trip.com couldnt do anything about it,just as i thought im going to die from lung cancer,luckily,the owner team finally replied with solution about changing another unit for us,which we found was acceptable compared to the previous one,the facilities of the unit was pretty good overall,its just that the unit of topic Muji was unbelievable,aircon was nice,everything was nice when the toxic odour was gone

Apartment is located on 20th floor for my stay. View towards the south, very nice.
It has 2 bedrooms, both with connecting toilets. Living room and open kitchen is in a large space. Large enough for another queen bed that is placed beside the living room windows.
Do whatsapp the provided homestay number for instructions on an easy self check-in. Can also ask for early check-in if required.
Clean bath towels, hair dryer, hand/body soap and wifi provided.

LLShannonWe travelled in a group of 3 female friends. I have to say I booked this place due to its industrial themed rooms. It's definitely nostalgic and rustic but the cleanliness is still very much up to standard. We even had a balcony and managed to catch a glimpse of fireworks in a distance. In the morning, we caught the sunrise as well. It's beautiful.
The location is best! đđź it's just next to the famous Thean Chun Coffeeshop, where you get to eat shredded chicken noodles, popiah, asam laksa, Satay, char kway teow.
Will definitely recommend this place to others.
The only one thing is u will need a little patience when it comes to service. The staff left us standing aimlessly where she went up to the room.

JJane-AsSecond time staying at this hotel. Overall OK, only the room that I got this time. The door looks like there is room and it doesn't close. So you can hear all the sounds outside, the room before this is very OK.
Maybe management can fix door number 305.
