"The hotel's location is truly fantastic – right in the center of Sittard, with everything within walking distance. Unfortunately, the room we arrived with was very disappointing. There was still paper on the floor, and the bathroom hadn't been properly cleaned. It was also noticeable that no Dutch was spoken at the reception, which made communication difficult. Furthermore, little effort was made to make our stay pleasant or personal. It's a real shame, because with more attention to cleanliness and hospitality, this hotel could be much better."

"Christmas Day Mother with 2 children 16 and 19 years old. Upon arrival we were told that the pool is only for naked swimming and that this was only possible from a certain age. So keep this in mind to avoid disappointment because it is not explicitly stated on the booking site. The family room was terribly dirty😵 I took pictures of it and showed them and asked for another room to make a long story short... 1st answer was not possible, no more rooms available When we asked to be transferred to another Fletcher hotel because this was really possible, a miracle happened... Suddenly there were not 1 but 2 double rooms available🤔 breakfast was fine, just pay attention to the glasses and cups, there were also a few that were not really clean."
