Staying here was an unforgettable experience. We weren’t sure what to expect seeing there was only 17 reviews, but once we drove up the hill via the gravel road - we were in awe of how attentive and accommodating Danica, Leo and Ati were to make sure we felt welcome after a long drive. We stayed the first night in the Valley Suite, which was cozy, rustic, and chic. Stepping out of our room we were treated to a jaw dropping view of the Franschoek valley. The staff knew it was our honeymoon, so they offered to upgrade us to The Cottage; a quaint, romantic house with a private salt water pool and outdoor bath tub about a 5 minute walk from the main house. The two nights we spent there were a real highlight for our honeymoon, as the sunset views were something we’ll never forget. They provided us with a basket of breakfast supplies the first morning and we cooked our own breakfast in the cozy kitchenette. Then we had a couple’s massage the following morning which was among the most relaxing we’ve ever had. We cannot recommend this place enough to solo travelers, couples and families!
