This is a Premier Inn and you get what you usual get with the brand. Clean and comfortable. Nice pub food next door. Convenient location just off the A66. Friendly and helpful staff.

Easy to find. On site parking close and lots of spaces. Staff very friendly and really wanted to help us. On site place to eat with a soft play for the kids. Rooms were hot but a fan was provided. Clean and comfy! Would definitely stay here again!

Tory on reception was excellent. Very welcoming. Staff are all friendly. Room was clean and well presented. Food was great. Breakfast staff were very friendly and it was overall relaxed experience. I've been there a few times while working in the area and will go back again.

The beds are amazing and it’s so nice and clean, staff are so so friendly and helpful anything you need they will do there very best for you. Also there’s spare tea or coffee and milk you can pick up as you’re going to your room. Bathroom are great

Stayed here a few times as very close to Stockton. Comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly helpful staff who explained everything clearly. Was checked in by Tory who was very polite, professional and couldn’t do enough to make sure I had a good stay.

The hotel is a mere couple of minutes from the A66, easy to see and find. The room was clean and tidy with all the usual amenities. Right next door is a Brewers fayre restaurant, you can get to it from the hotel without getting wet! I have stayed there 3 times now. The price is good, The staff are friendly. The bed was nice and comfy. I will be staying there again, every time I visit Stockton.

I am coming to the end of a 6 month stay at this Hotel due to a project going wrong, what has helped is all the staff here being so friendly, Jay and Tory on reception and Tracy and all the other house keeping staff, I just walked down the stairs and the house keeping staff were all there, not planned but made me laugh, they all deserve praise for what they do Dave H

Friendly welcome by staff. The room was clean and spacious. It would benefit from having USB ports to charge multiple devices. The bed was very comfortable and roomy. I had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was provided by Beefeater next-door. It was very disappointing. I ordered porridge, only to find out after receiving my order that there was no honey or syrup to go with it. Then when I went to get a bread barm, I was told they no longer serve them. So the only bread provided was sliced white and brown, crumpets, pancakes and croissants. No good for a sausage barm to go. This was the first time I've been disappointed with a Premier Inn breakfast.
