The B&B is in an excellent location, only a short walk from the RSC. The room was spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The owners were friendly. The breakfast is delivered to the room, the veggie sausage sandwich was very nice.

We had a friendly well come the room was cleaned, comfortable and well equiped. The breakfast in a basket was a nice touch also giving us the opportunity to stay in bed a bit longer.

Quaint bed and breakfast very close to town centre with off street parking. Charming friendly hosts. Our room was quite small as we booked last minute but included all amenities, bed very comfortable with television and fridge. Breakfast served in room on little fold up tables. Breakfast was excellent. Would stay here again.

Have stayed before just after lockdown when they were bringing your chosen breakfast to the room. We didnt realise they were still doing it that way, we prefer to eat in a dining room. Everything was hot & as requested so perhaps just down to personal preference.

The proprietor was extremely friendly and the area was very quiet. The room was clean, but the beds and pillows were absolutely terrible. They were so thin and hard. The location was great, not super central but and easy 10 minute walk.

Nothing negative to say about this place. Pleasant and friendly host, lovely warm comfortable and clean room, good shower, nice breakfast brought to your room, brilliant central location a very short walk from the RST and parking included as well, couldn’t fault this place. Will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful stay with such lovely hosts. Very friendly and helpful. The location was brilliant as a short walk took you right to the town centre. A fantastic breakfast was served in your room at a time of your choosing. Excellent value for money and I would definitely return there if I ever visit Stratford upon Avon again.

Ian and Diane were lovely couple couldn’t fault them very helpful in every way very clean and nice location near shops and town centre would definitely recommend to stay here we will again if we come to Stratford of your going for a curry balti kitchen is highly recommended lovely curry and friendly staff 5stars x
