Our stay at Casalta Boutique Hotel was a wonderful experience and remains a highlight of our time in Sienese Tuscany. Right from the initial telephone conversation with Valeria, we knew that our stay would be memorable; Valeria was welcoming, friendly, helpful and attentive as was all the staff. Her genuine interest in ensuring our stay would be enjoyable was evidenced during our chats, especially at breakfast, which always included delicious by home made cakes prepared by Tommaso, her husband and chef. We loved the homeliness and privacy, the location, accessiblilty to amazing routes for exploring Sienese Tuscany, and the authenticity and creativity of the food in the restaurant. It was so good to come back at the end of the day and know that you could relax outdoors or in the lounge and have dinner on site. The room was super comfy, and extremely clean with a spacious bathroom and beautiful and unique pieces of furniture. Casalta is a gem! We loved it so much, we extended our stay! We would highly recommend staying at Casalta. It was a very special time that allowed us to really enjoy the beauty of this part of the world. Arrivederci e grazie! Caterina and Rick.

Wonderful experience in the countryside. Calm relaxing with beautiful local decorations which make this hotel unice.I can so recommend this place. Food from own restaurant was great- breakfast was delightful with freshly baked cake and other pastry. Top friendly host/ hostess.

Very comfortable , room we had was large. Not many amenities, we went to the kitchen to get a bottle of Coke Cola. Excellent spot for traveling the countryside. We took a train to Verona, left our car at the station and returned with no problems at all. We actually were there in 2016 not 2022 .

We found out Casalta Restaurant by chance and we were so surprised! Everything was super well decorated with fine details and attention to local traditions and culture. We loved the food! Simply delicious, super tasty. The staff was very kind and offered a liquor at the end of the dinner. Highly recommended if you want to have a deep taste of Tuscany!

Bellissimo sia il borgo che l’hotel, cibo ottimo e personale molto cordiale. Belle le camere e molto particolare la nostra con il soppalco . Tutto molto pulito e ben tenuto . Bella esperienza da ripetere sicuramente, consigliatissimo per un soggiorno in Toscana

Molto cortesi, mi hanno accolto senza prenotazione. Hotel delizioso gestito da una giovane coppia. Stanze pulite, unico neo i servizi piccoli e senza finestre, ma nel complesso esperienza più che positiva. Prezzo corretto.

Il borgo di Strove è piccolissimo e delizioso. A un paio di km da Monteriggioni lungo la via francigena Le cinque stelle sono legate all’ ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e alla gentilezza della gestione Anche le camere sono belle e confortevoli Le cose migliorabili riguardano la colazione che non è male ma non è a buffet e quindi manca possibilità di scegliere. Poche opzioni salate su richiesta Anche il ristorante non è speciale: buono ma un po’ pretenzioso e caro con piatti soli discreti Globalmente una ottima esperienza!

Se non amate le catene alberghiere, questo delizioso hotel fa per voi. Comodo per visitare la zona di Siena e San Gimignano. Gestori disponibili. C'è la possibilità di cenare in albergo e ritengo sia comodissimo nel caso in cui dopo una giornata trascorsa a girovagare, vogliate rilassarvi.
