Hotels near Sunway Lagoon Theme Park in Subang Jaya

Overall, the place was generally clean, and the service was decent too. Only downside was that the room's phone wasn't working, so I had to go to the reception in-person. The best thing about the hotel is it's location, situated right above a shopping mall. Very convenient, with Jaya Grocer and Family Mart right below us. Loads of coffee and breakfast options too! Will definitely return in future!

Day 1 waited for awhile due to some miscommunication from agent on changing my room which I didn’t. Day 2 aircon broke down & hotel arranged to change to another room (which I’m happy as it’s direct view for fireworks, previous room can’t really see much fireworks) but door lock got issue & abit frustrating when opening the door but as it’s last day so didn’t bother to change room again.

this is my 2nd time coming here. came here on 5-6/3/21 with friend & come again on 10-11/3/ with family. i recommend to choose DELUXE PLUS or villa instead of CLASSIC ROOM. yes classic is the cheapest but there is no view u can see. the attraction here is the pool and lake view. there is free parking at the basement but we choose to have the valet paking which cost us rm10 per day since it was too dark when at night. View is great. Room is clean. Heater & aircond functioning very well. BUT astro channel only 3 channels available which are cartoon & 2 sports. 1 more thing toothbrush need to be requested from reception. so RIDICULOUS! they also wont provide any extra towels even if u request for it. if hotel is full house i could be more understanding but that time only few rooms occupied. by the time i come here there is no cafe open. that means no room service. either u have to to THE MINES in front @ order from food delivery. for breakfast they outsourced from other party. only nasi lemak available@ RM10 & they will send to your room at 8am. POOL looks not really clean eventhough they said just cleaned the pool. the balls floated in the pool also very dirty. but its very worthy for the photo. beautiful scenery. at night there are colorful light at the pool until midnight. TIPS: if u choose CLASSIC/ DELUXE PLUS room please request at level 4. because at night its very dark & level 4 is where lobby is located. so it wont be too scary to pick up your food from food delivery rider

We stayed at Sunway Resort for 4 nights, and it seems the hotel has recently undergone renovations, enhancing everything from the lobby to the rooms. The spaces are functional, spacious, and comfortable, contributing to an overall pleasant staying experience. The swimming pool, catering to both kids and adults, is perfect. Access to Sunway Pyramid and Lagoon is very convenient, requiring only a less-than-5-minute walk through the hotel without needing to go to the roadside. However, our experience was somewhat dampened by the service. While the receptionist and bellboy provided satisfactory service, we were not pleased with the housekeeping, hotel breakfast, and gym facility workers. They exhibited unfriendliness, lacked smiles, and struggled to understand our requests. We even encountered a fly on the bread, and there was no immediate assistance. When we raised our concerns, it seemed that they did not take the matter seriously, simply disposing of the bread and walking away without providing any response. In the dining section, when inquiring about drinks for kids, they failed to mention a dedicated kid's section and instead suggested paying extra for a chocolate drink, even though we found chocolate milk and Yakult in the kid's section. Given the price of RM109 for breakfast, we feel that the food and service are not justified. We sincerely hope that the hotel can improve its service to match the high standards set by the hotel environment. Despite these issues, we are still considering booking Sunway for our future stays in KL.

I arrived around 9pm at the hotel, check in process was really fast. They only need your IC then you are good to go. Location was great, you will need to walk like 300metres from the hotel to the mrt station. (You can see from my picture the mrt station) Parking: A lot of parking was there, no worries with parking issues. Cleanliness: 10/10. Everything very clean, they scrub the toilet well. No stain found on the bedsheet. I like the soap very well! Great stay and good experience!

How was the service? the service tip top! thanks to Mr Rafizan, the manager at customer services. Great view, good room. but the only thing is the toilet is too slippery, not safe for kids, pregnant mommies & senior citizen (as I bring my little kids). Even adult like us also many time almost fall down. What about the facilities? the facilities is good. the kids club got no aircond, only fan. quite congested. Did you enjoy the food? dinner buffet is good and have many choices. But my family had a bad experience on the breakfast. the egg for nasi lemak was spoiled and the roti canai tasted was weird with bitter taste.

My first time here.. strategic location next to the mall.. , Room is clean but old, staff are ok.. the big downside is we hafta pay the parking ourselves which cost me about rm24 for a day.. bad one!!

The best budget hotel near Subang airport. The hotel was clean.The staff was very friendly and helpful.There are a lot of eatery surrounding the hotel. Walking distance to the supermarket, ATM, convenient store and etc. The only thing is that Public transport like LRT was quite far.

The hotel was good and there’s a lot of Chinese restaurants down there and mamak too. And the tv have Netflix but idk why we can watch it. The aircond wasn’t functioning well urgh so hot. And the plug is far away from my bed so i can’t play w my phone while being on my bed. There is no nice view. But okay nice experience
