入住此旅館，網上圖片看着很好，並標明8點前可取消，當進入房間後，不但有很刺鼻的味道，而且衞生間又破又臟，又換了一間還不如上一個。我要求取消老闆説已辦入住不能取消，這時老闆才給我安排了一個相對好一點的，但馬桶蓋是壞的，門框下面還長出了蘑菇。旅店態度服務也不太好，感覺入住這家旅店心情很不好

賓館位置很方便，賓的大姐和小哥人非常好，我人還沒到賓館，他們都幫我先收快遞，住兩天，很舒適。賓館是有歷史的賓館。勝在工作人員非常熱情友善。以後有機會還來這住。第一天住以為沒什麼人。從海參崴回來再住，發現有好多俄羅斯人入住。

環境：房間確實挺大的但是感覺房間內的環境很破，衞生間門把手是壞的比較鬆動（見下圖）。
衞生：地面還有牆皮灰牀頭櫃和書桌有灰，衣櫃後面的白牆灰很厚，衞生間也不是很乾凈牆角能看見水泥牆地面鋪一個紅色的革，牆上的那個陶瓷“物件”也不知道是幹什麼的？裏面灰很多存在不明液體，衞生間裏面有異味説不上來的那種，不過馬桶確實是新的。不過建議商家客房衞生問題好好搞一下
服務：服務沒什麼問題老闆也好説話
設施：設施上衹能説是一般，賓館該具備的設施基本沒有也就是小旅館的標準。此外床頭櫃上方沒有電源，平時休息給手機充電或者幹些其他事情很不方便建議床邊增加插座

門反鎖不了，而且六樓試了一下，基本所有門都反鎖不了，房間也有一股味道，打車路上司機説這是個對外旅店，給俄羅斯人按床位收費住的，勸大家一般情況別選了，牆皮都掉了，真的很舊。
