Do not book a room at this hotel. It was the most horrible hotel I have ever been at. The first day we arrived we got a room where the door bell was broken so it kept on ringing. The beds were broken (they had a hole in the madras) and the toilet seat was broken. There wasn't wifi either. We complained right away and they promised to look into it the next day. The next day the cleaning staff woke us up at 7 AM and they didn't respect our dont disturb-sign. We asked them to go away because we needed our sleep. Every day the maid kept on waking us op very early and she even yelled at us and told us to be away from the room in the morning. We complained about the cleaning staff too. in 6 days we did the complains and the hotel fixed the wifi and the toilet seat at day 5. The beds (which was our biggest problem because our backs was quite unpleased with being on broken beds) was never fixed. The cleaning staff kept on not respecting our privacy and was just disturbing us every early morning, they even took our dont disturb-sign. At day 6 we choose to leave the hotel to find another hotel. We was supposed to stay at Admiral Plaza for 8 days but we couldn't stay any longer. The hotel has been a horrible place and we didn't enjoy our vacation in 6 days because of the problems, we kept on asking them to fix and they kept on saying "we will fix it tomorrow". Do not visit this hotel.

Definitely not a family hotel, I wouldn’t say a 3*. Very basic breakfast, not buffet. Room ok, clean towels everyday. Inconsiderate teens rowdy doing balloons by the pool! Bar staff friendly. 👌 Avoid unless you want to get off your head!!!

If you're thinking of booking to stay here, I would pay a little extra and absolutely choose another hotel!!! I had multiple things taken from my room on the first day, when the only people who had access to our room or had been in there were the cleaners. One of the items taken was a small gold necklace with a tag, nothing much in money value but very sentimental to me as it was my recently passed dad's. Trying to get any help/sense from reception was impossible, all I got was a half smile and a basic shrug of the shoulders. I continued to go down everyday/multiple times a day where I got the same reaction everytime!!! All 6 of my group searched my hotel room from top to bottom when I realised it was missing so it definitely wasn't left anywhere. The rooms are also not very clean at all, the toilet water was brown and smelt and the shower flooded the bathroom everytime we had a shower. The remote control was disgusting and the cups/glasses in the cupboard had to be washed a couple of times before you could even think of using them. It also isn't a family hotel like it says, the pool area is full of groups playing music/drinking which was fine for my group but wouldn't suit a family much. The bar staff are great though but the bar/restaurant only take cash!

During a week vacation I was unable to spend even 5 minutes by the pool as there was never a sunbed available despite almost no one ever actually being at the pool. The hotel did nothing to stop people from reserving sunbeds for the whole day even though they at most spent an hour at the pool. Sunbeds were being reserved as early as the night before and yet staff did nothing about this. The fact that I couldn't use the facilities of this hotel once is the reason for the 3 star rating. If staff would remove towels from sunbeds reserved in the night or left unattended for hours then everyone could use the facilities and the hotel would have got 5 stars from me. The rooms are nice, breakfast is decent, location is great , staff are friendly but come on take some action to ensure your guests are comfortable and happy. It's a large hotel with no where near enough sunbeds for the number of guests so don't let selfish people reserve them all day and never use them!

First of all, I want to say, don't buy breakfast in advance! It's not worth the price! It is even a little cheaper on the spot than when purchased in advance. For some reason I thought there was going to be a buffet breakfast, but there isn't. You get a plate of stuff that doesn't match the price at all. At least I always left hungry. There is only one juice available, which tastes like orange. The color, not the fruit... For the same price (€9/person/day) you can eat much better elsewhere! Secondly, the hotel's rating on different sites ranges from 3 to 4 stars. No! On a good day, this hotel is max. 2 stars! I have been many times in 2-3 star hotels, which were much better than this one (and I must mention, including buffet breakfast!). The shower cubicle in the hotel room is so small that you can't turn around properly. Imagine if you try to wash your hair or even shave your legs, it's not very easy. And water came out of the shower in every direction, but not towards you. And something is wrong with the water faucets. If you move the faucet even slightly in the wrong direction, you will get boiling hot water on you in seconds. Luckily we didn't have kids with us, this would have been very dangerous. The bathroom lights flickered. And the toilet bowl didn't flush properly. The curtains in the room did not block the sun much, so if you want to sleep longer than until sunrise, pack a sleep mask. Thirdly, the rules of the pool state that reserving sunbeds is prohibited. But already early in the morning there are more chairs reserved with towels than there are free seats. And of course there are no people to be seen anywhere. During our week long vacation, we never got sunbeds for our use during the best sunny time. The staff did nothing to the reserved sunbeds, e.g. collected towels from the chairs. If there is anything positive, the air conditioning in the room was great, and the bar staff was nice. And there was a beautiful kitten running around the bar.

Booked the hotel and paid for 3 people. They gave me a double room with a sofa bed. I tried everything to get a bigger room since I was there with my 2 teenage daughters but the only solution was paying another 350€ for a upgrade. I had already paid 1500€ including flight and transfer no food included. I thing it’s a waste to book this hotel honestly. The staff is so rude and speaks no word English or any other language and a smile is hard to find in whole Sunny beach. Learned my lesson and will never come back to this and especially Krystian from the hotel broke my heart by just sending a stupid sorry to hear email. Don’t waste your money on this hotel people. It’s not even worth 1 star. Sad and disappointed

Ok rooms.could need some maintenance. But service is low. Must be some better ones around.pay a little bit more i suggest. Breakfast should be taken at a nearby resturant.they have a set menu. And even then they manage to screw it up. Wifi not working.

Rooms are cleaned a bit but not great. Sunbeds are under size, mold and broken. Staff very friendly. Don't take breakfast, no buffet and very monotonous. For the same money you can enjoy breakfast everywhere. Every morning the sunbeds by the pool are already provided with a towel, but is not allowed. But the big advantage is that it is nice and close to the fun and beach, but no nuisance.

Admiral plaza is a great hotel. Staff is (usually) friendly and don't make things too difficult. The food can sometimes be a bit less, but the drinks are good. We ourselves had expected the rooms to be a bit bigger... We didn't like the fact that we weren't allowed to swim at night, but in the end it was understandable. Location is good, 10 minutes walk to the ***** and we also liked the local punching bag. We would also like to thank the supermarket next to our hotel for the suitcase we won and the daily Bulgarian/Turkish course given by the cleaning ladies.
