Room maintaining required, water flow is less extra mattress not given even if we are more than two adults

Room was full of dust, bathroom was also dirty. I did not like the behavior of receptionist, he was so rude. He does not know how to do the hospitality. He was like its your problem you have booked this property. An-way i am sad for writing such a review but it was complete disappointment.

The stay was really good and safe. Staffs were humble and attentive. We stayed for 3 nights and the food also really good

The property is located in a very convenient place from where you can go to any places in vrindavan. Food in the hotel is average. Amenities are not in that particular condition as they are seen in the images but they are average. Most of the lights were not working of the rooms and bathroom. Shower and all were not working properly. While asked for car to roam around they provided but they charged a lot in aspect to their service. They just dropped on the locations' outer entry points from there we had to spend lot of money to reach to the particular locations but as we have seen all the vehicles were going to the last points but the refused every time for which we had to spend lots of money even after booking the whole car. And they were not at all cooperative.

Terroble hotel. Broken washroom. Rude always say NO staff. Horrible receptionist. Very bad experience of 2 days. This hotel and owners misuse mercy of lord krishna but rip off customers. Restaurant serves food which will only be spicy. Brreakfast is average

During these winter days, the rooms were extremely cold, gave us unwashed stained blankets which are of cheap quality and did not help at all in heating up our body. The toilet seat was broken and did not repair even upon request. The towels provided were stained too. It was a nightmare with the amount of money i paid.

Very clean Hotel. The staff was very helpful and quick customer services was provided. We order food from the hotel and it was very tasty and delicious. Hot water is available, clean bathroom. It was very cold in the room so we called and ask for extra blankets and they helped was to get more blankets. Must stay here when visiting Vrindavan.
