Inn of the Dove Romantic Luxury Suites with Jacuzzi & Fireplace at Harrisburg-Hershey, PA

Honestly I hate leaving bad reviews for places but here it is. My partner and drove 3 hours for this Inn and were very disappointed. Our first issue started when we had no hot water to fill the hot tub which we drove all the way out to enjoy in the first place. We had the temp on full hot and it was cold filling the tub within 5 minutes. We noticed the same thing happened when we went to enjoy the shower. The water didn't stay hot for more then a few minutes. The next morning we found we had no hot water at all. The next issue the bed was no at all comfortable. I could feel the springs in the mattress making it difficult to sleep. The photos on the site made the room seem like it was much better then what we saw on arrival. Concerns could not be presented to front as when we called no one answered the phone. The next morning when we went to check out no one was in the office during the time it should have been opened and we could not reach anyone until an hour after later so we could not speak to anyone about the issues we had or check out properly. As I said we drove over an hour for this stay and paid a lot to have a hot tub in the room and we couldn't even enjoy what we paid so much for.

Went here on our honeymoon and was an amazing experience, everyone was super nice and the location is perfectly placed between Hershey and Harrisburg. Room was clean did my own wipe down and was surprised how well they did. Only complaint was we asked for wash clothes each day with towels and only got the towels beside that was a great experience.

The rooms are large, and the tub is great! so much fun. This vacation is always romantic and great place to get a quick getaway. Red Lobster is close, and the food is great! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Easy drive and lots of places to get something to eat.

This was mine and my wife's second stay here. We stayed here back in November of 2023 and again in March of 2024. Both times we enjoyed it and had no issues. You can tell they are doing a lot of work on the property. Our room was recently updated and was very nice. Check in is a breeze and the Front Desk person was very nice. Hope to make it back again soon!

Nice very large room. The hot water heater for the jacuzzis is obviously extremely large or direct line gas heated as it passes through the piping. I say this because we filled the Jacuzzi 3 times in less than 2 hours and it was extremely hot until the last drop. The need is big and firm. The pillows could be better. They were worn and not fluffy. Other than the pillows, this is a really nice place for a couple to have a night seductive night together. Also, the rooms are well separated and you cannot hear anything from the other rooms.

First off, the man at the front desk was very nice and the room was very big and clean. That's the only thing nice I have to say. There was little to no hot water, couldn't even fill the tub. The rooms are SO outdated. You can tell that someone tried to redo the room but did a horrible job of it. The rooms are advertised as soundproof, that's a joke. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. You would think that with the money they charge that they could get a reputable company do some renovations. On top of everything else we only had about 3 or 4 working lights They also had fire alarms going off at 5am for who knows what reason. Do yourself a favor, spend your money someplace else.

This place is a perfect getaway for couples for the weekend. Inn the Dove is a hidden, private, location and just the place to spend a weekend to unwind. The fireplace, double shower, and jacuzzi in the room are the perfect features to set the mood. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. Would definitely go back.

This place is not like the pictures… when we arrived we got our room and it was definitely not what we expected.. this place is a dump thats held together with caulking. Not even joking… so out dated… and absolutely nothing like the pics… for what we paid i would of much rather stayed in one of the beautiful hotels down the road.. and to top off all of this experience… at 5:16am the fire alarms went off in every room… the fire trucks came and left.. no explanation or anything.. so no sleep after that… we packed up n left… never again.. do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

Amazing get away loved every second. This was the first trip my wife and I had away from the kids in about 2 years and it was absolutely amazing pool was nice and warm they had Bluetooth speakers set up so we could enjoy our music has we swam really makes it feel like you’re are a beach
