鐵汁，這麼好的酒店不來住就虧了！！！酒店跟照片一模一樣，最好選可以看到湖景的房間！！！另外，來蘇州旅遊的，如果想享受安靜的園林氛圍，千萬別去拙政園，門票也偏貴，留園都要好一點！我們是早上九點到拙政園門口，不用排隊，但是還是人多，中午的時候隊伍可以排到蘇州博物館門口（ー_ー）!!老闆很好，酒店很好，滿昏！對了，酒店下樓就是太湖，人稀少，是我喜歡的環境，很安靜，入目是湖，是山，是樹，很綠，凈化心靈的好地方

先是看一家4.9分的，我要求2間湖景同樓面，居然報價比我在攜程看見還貴，呵呵。匆忙下訂了兔小妹，太滿意了，房間寬敞乾淨，非常舒適，面湖可以看日落，可惜我們因事耽擱了，下次去東太湖，還會來兔小妹家。

房間環境很不錯，乾淨温馨，空調也很給力，有洗衣機，但是我們沒用到。小沙發不錯，適合窩在裏面玩手機。落地窗真的棒棒噠，望出去視線很好，天氣好的時候適合遠眺。停車什麼也很方便，老闆人也很奈斯，還去地下停車場接了一下，點個贊。

初次入住三晚，房間優美温馨舒適，風景很好，大落地窗讓人心情放鬆愉悦！店家服務周到，有求必應，非常感謝！❤️床舒適，有乳膠枕特別貼心，冰箱內小飲小食平價方便，看電視有會員暢通無阻，衞生紙質量優，設施質量好，洗衣機方便處理臨時衣物，洗浴用品換成大瓶裝會更好，長髮不夠用😄 不過小瓶裝也各有好處。廚房沒有簡單鍋盤等，部分衞生還需要清潔阿姨再細心改進，毛巾、床蓋、床鋪有少量污漬和異物，擺物有積灰塵。總體很滿意，會回住，孩子們也很喜歡💕能看出店家用心了！感謝🌹美好的入住體驗！

位置非常好，有 xbox 的住宿地非常少，這服務絕對特別，自助入住非常便捷，室內面積大，設施齊全且衞生，我和孩子都非常喜歡。

這個設施沒給滿分的原因是空調和熱水器，空調還好那麼點，温度設定到30度也不是很熱，不知道和房間大有關嗎。重點是熱水器，如果女士想洗頭必須把淋浴器的温度設定到50以上，達到這個才敢洗，要不後半程是涼的。
其餘的很好，沒有毛病，乾淨、接待熱情耐心，有問必答還多給建議，站在窗邊的視野很大很好
