房間幹淨整潔，衛生做的非常不錯，建議小夥伴選擇，有免費停車場，早餐也不錯，自行選擇，真心感覺這家酒店不錯。住了很多酒店，唯獨這家酒店讓我感覺最舒服的，前台很熱情，

定的本來是無窗的，前台小哥幫忙升級成內窗，可以免費寄存行李，挺乾淨的，東西也整理的都是放在原位，去房間電梯都是要刷卡的，隱祕性高，比較安靜，聽同事説外窗因為靠陽台所以會吵，如果覺輕的人建議讓酒店安排靠裡麪些，而且這邊離地鐵醫院火車站萬達都很近，很方便的

訂的9月19號晚上的兩間雙床房（每間房各含兩份早餐），是給家人訂的，因為到的比較晚，所以是9月20日凌晨1點左右到的酒店，結果前台一位男性服務員，非説我們訂的日期不對（態度非常傲慢）説我們這個訂單應該是20號中午12:00之後辦理入住，無法退無法改。
這是基本邏輯和常識問題，我們沒有給他繞糊塗，於是給該名服務員進行了“培訓”，我們訂的是19號晚上的房間，20號中午十二點之前退房，衹是到店比較晚而已，終於，過了很久，該名服務員自己理清楚後開始辦理入住。理清楚後，該名男性服務員態度非常不友善的又説：兩間房，一共衹有兩份早餐，（我們當時定的是標間，三個人入住，每間房兩份早餐，一共四份早餐），後來把訂單給他看了，才發現他自己又搞錯了！！全程態度傲慢無理，且對於自己的錯誤絲毫不覺得有問題，彷彿我們是求他辦事一樣。
我從來不給差評，因為都不容易，但是這次的遭遇，讓我很氣憤，凌晨一點多，大家都很疲憊，我們是來住店的，而不是來受氣的！就這服務態度，能幹服務行業？？？房價也不算低，就這態度？
後面的想要住店的小夥伴，大家謹慎選擇。
也希望酒店方可以重視，重視培訓，不要再讓一個啥都不懂的且態度那麼差的人在前台，很掉價！

服務爆贊，無論是大堂或者餐廳的工作人員還是樓層打掃房間個阿姨，大家都非常有禮貌。衹要遇見顧客就會問好，肯定是有專門培訓過，仔細辨認了一下，似乎每個時間段的問候都不一樣呢，前台小姐姐小哥哥顏值也很高，保潔阿姨也很温柔細緻。 設施齊全，酒店不衹是提供早餐，還有下午茶，洗衣間等等，衞生也很省心，早上有事出門很早，下午4點多才回來，房間的床單被罩都整理了，我隨手丟在沙發上的衣服也給我疊的整整齊齊的，我散亂的化粧品也收的很妥帖，可能因為秋天到了，他們真的很擅長從細微處去給人温暖！圓桌旁邊對於經常玩手機的我來説，真的好方便，酒店的牙刷也很好用，不像其他酒店刷毛是硬邦邦的，這個牙刷毛很軟，像超市裡麪10幾塊錢1把的那種，超級好用！地鐵站也不遠，不過我比較懶就沒去坐哈哈，酒店門口倒是有公交車站。不過年輕人應該沒幾個人會去吧哈哈！如果遇到下雨天打不到車，公交車到門口還是方便的嘻嘻，總體感受服務真的比五星酒店要好！説實話五星酒店就是房間大，談不上什麼服務，這家酒店能做的這麼好，如此貼合國人肯定離不開酒店老闆的堅持。

酒店的整體服務非常好！我很挑剔的一個人也感覺做的非 常好！前台服務熱情，大堂裏都擺放着花茶，小零食，水果茶。這些細節很讓人感動！整體感受五顆星！

：比較喜歡宜尚酒店，酒店地處繁華地段，有着都市的熱鬧和方便，地鐵直通火車站，酒店自助早餐品種豐盛，美味可口，外帶會有打包盒的哦！阿姨還幫助我下麪條，天氣熱還有綠豆湯喝，前台還有果汁，咖啡，小零食都是免費的，夏天在前台水吧待着是一種享受。

房間比較小，酒店有點陳舊，衞生一般，應該沒有25平米，後面住的酒店也寫的25平米但比這大很多。窗户在樓間，沒有太陽進屋，房間顯得有點壓抑。優點是房間佈局還可以，乾濕分離。房間收費的成人用品太顯眼，帶孩子住很尷尬。

酒店環境好，地理位置優越，出門就是地鐵口，出行特別方便。貼心的服務，衞生間還放了一次性馬桶墊。酒店的早餐豐富，口味不錯。四年前因為進修住在這裏，這次帶着家人出來玩，果斷預訂了。價格也合理。值得推薦。
