首先個人認為平台這個閃訂有好有壞，訂得快確實是快，但是唯獨不能取消，你説我22.38點訂的23.00想取消，跟酒店協商取消，但是酒店就是不讓，扣我20%30，50都行，當然希望這個機制可以改進更好。
至於為什麼取消，我到酒店後酒店無接待人員，我打電話給他直接讓我拿桌子上房卡進入，我覺得這也太不安全了吧，隨便讓人員上下樓出入，嚴重危及客人的安全，上樓後房門都是打開的（這這這？？？不用房卡就進去了？？？？），到門口一股味道，有點噁心，裝修一般也可以説有點破舊，瞬間不想住了，所以想取消，出於委婉跟打電話給老闆説我臨時有事不住了，沒説他酒店不好，但是他就是不讓退，我説扣我50%違約金也可以，出於人道也應該同意吧？但是就不行，那沒辦法，不住了唄，都怪沒看點評，這麼多差評也是有原因的。正如上面的打分

2環境:大街邊，深夜還好，估計白天喇叭聲飛天
3服務:人都沒有，有什麼服務？直接自助酒店好了
4設施:床，窗户，牆，幾年了？

臟亂差，服務態度不敢恭維，被套上都是污漬，本來前一天定的豪華棋牌室，跟我講麻將機壞了，我們説沒事，但是老闆自己私自給我們換了房間，而且我原本定的房間還一直在網上售賣。簡直是***。辦理入住要辦理一個小時。建議旅遊的朋友們可以避坑了。房間異味，沒有一次性拖鞋，門鎖壞了，窗簾也壞了。最主要的是你就算定了也可能私自給你換房。一星不想給，對蘇州的印象都差了

電視機是壞的！空調每隔半個小時會有雜音！環境也是不敢恭維！牀頭櫃旁邊還有蟋蟀的屍體，床單床鋪都有很大的污漬估計是洗不掉的也可以理解。浴室間連浴巾都木有衹有2塊洗臉巾！
第二天早上居然還有人要開門進來幸虧反鎖了，明知有客人住在裏面為什麼不先敲門確定！！！
