Awesome! Everything was perfect in my stay with my family. I arrived in the evening and was looking for dining options only to realise they serve dinner in the hotel so it was convenient. However, they mostly had sea food options so you can talk to the waitress to advise on other options available. It's also close to shopping malls where you can get restaurants. Checking in was fast and they only required to copy my passport together with my family's and voila! The room was spacious enough and they provided toiletries for occupants. You can be provided with an extra key in case you need. The hotel has a nice theme park indoors for kids, quite convenient for families and also have a swimming pool. They also have a luggage storage service and the front desk are bilingual - speaking English. Overall all was well for the one day stay.

It was a perfect place for solo travelers! I like the swimming pool area! There’s also a play area for kids!

It’s a hotel with good location not far from shopping centre, Bar street and underground monorail. Cleaning to the room done daily, and the room is reasonably cleaned. Breakfast is the same everyday but the choice are quite reasonable.

My stay at the New City Grand Rezen Hotel was a memorable one. I was celebrating my birthday and had asked the hotel to decorate the room and such. They did an excellent job and even got me a cake. The hotel is of a modern design and very clean. The front desk staff are very accommodating and very respectful. The amenities are great, the ambiance of the hotel is great. I only wish the location of the hotel was in a central location.

My friends and I booked two twin bedrooms to stay for one night. The rooms and the bathroom were clean, most of the staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The only issue we had was that a Chinese guest was taking photos of us (foreigners) in the swimming pool, even though we told her to stop. We reported her to the life guards since there's a rule that says 'No Photography'. They did absolutely nothing to the woman, who took many pictures of us in our swimsuits, and was even laughing with her. We complained to the manager who did absolutely nothing... no checking the cameras, no penalizing the guest. He simply believed the lady as if she was the only paying guest. If you're a foreigner, beware of the pool area.

She brought tea to quench our thirst and asked parents to take the time to accompany their children to the Docin Carnival Park to play and watch movies. Later, we entered the room and the children liked the layout of the room very much. The room facilities are complete, clean and tidy, the water temperature of the swimming pool is suitable, and the breakfast variety is delicious. In general, this trip to New Town Garden Regent Hotel with children is worthwhile. We will stay in this hotel again next time we have the opportunity. We would like to express our sincere thanks!

It was great to upgrade to the 26th floor and sit on the big window sill to watch the night view. The hotel's Starry Sky Cinema and Douding Carnival Park were good experiences.
