4/ 5Very GoodMy room had a issue… I tried to take a rest after check in but found that air conditioner has a problem with annoying noise sound. Had to come down to the reception and explained about that problem. After then they tried change the room with bell man to carry our stuff. My partner already fell asleep to get a rest.. had to wake him up to change the room. Maybe they tried their best in this situation but they should check the room condition more often before get in the guest. So I was bit disappointed as I stayed 5 star hotel like this… It was not a small problem, the sound was really loud… couldn’t believe that they were not aware this…

4.5/ 5ExcellentThe service at the Hilton was amazing. My issue was with my hotel room, the toilet wouldn’t flush properly. You’d have to flush it 2-3 times for the water to stop running (extremely loud at 2am).

5/ 5PerfectThis Hilton is absolutely amazing! The staff is extremely nice & so professional. Location is perfect for anyone wanting to explore the city & was very close to the Westfields, which was convenient. Would definitely recommend anyone & everyone to stay here.
