Since there were no customers, all service was a mess. The location was good for hiking, but it did not live up to the Ramada name. I will not use it in the future.

The hotel's size and facilities are all excellent, as expected from a Ramada. It seems like only one is currently in operation. The TV is a bit small compared to the size of the hotel. There is a Makguksu restaurant right next to the hotel, but it is a bit far from downtown so you need a car.

어차피 밤늦게 도착해서 잠만 자는 목적였지만
시설이 넘 올드했어요😭외관이 리조트처럼 예쁘고 라마다란 이름땜에 예약했던건데 너무 추워서 감기걸릴뻔..그래도
직원분들은 넘 친절하셨고 눈 뜨자마자 눈쌓인 뷰도 예뻤고
테라스에서 눈밟는 기분도 넘 좋았어요
태백산눈축제 장소랑 가까워서 편했습니다

It was a great stay with Ramada hotel.we enjoyed a lot.me and my husband stayed only 2 night over here.But it was amazing experience.lovely ambience good hospitality Ms anjela gives us a family touch which is superb checking every guest satisfaction..which is really good 😊👍
