Parking lots are bumping, become swamps/small ponds when it rains.
Staffs of front-desk are not well-trained for detail service.

飯店附近只有善化夜市，交通上不太方便。附近有景觀只是園林景觀。
謝謝酒店有生日禮物跟佈置，含早餐跟夜宵，非常好吃。
泳池的環境很一般，太多樹葉跟羽毛，需要加強清理。
樓層有水機但沒有熱水，有點扣分。
如果有小孩可以加錢參加玩焢窯、菜園採摘無毒蔬果、玩漆彈、釣魚等活動。
樓下只有貴一點的港式點心餐廳，但味道還是不錯。
住的時候，如果肚子餓樓下還是有餅乾糖果飲料吃到飽。
非常建議，如果自己從善化火車站下站，大家還是先早一天跟酒店預約接駁專車（免費），不然的話自己拖著行李要經過一條長樓梯。

舒適裝修，價格合理有浴缸！24小時點心吧，宵夜每天都不一樣，戶外可以走走，鄰近火車站可預約接駁車，放假舒適～

原先已在訂單有備註需求，到現場要入住時櫃檯一問三不知，原要求的消毒鍋也不夠，親子飯店設備不夠的話其實有點扣分！小孩生日有特別幫忙小小佈置了房間，很貼心！遊戲間空氣就不流通覺得悶熱，希望可以再改進！宵夜時段希望可以增加為2個小時用餐較適當，像我們這次把小孩處理完再下去魚丸湯沒魚丸😅都已所剩無幾！

環境整潔，服務態度不錯，有單車可借，但數量不足，有交通車可搭，但要前一天預約，感覺無法輕鬆自在的享受飯店設施，早餐不錯，很多當地美食，但北部人吃不慣，然後第一次遇到飯店設定的考吐司機，溫度高到只轉一圈，吐司已部分烤焦的。
