We had a good stay at Apause Inn, and we really want to highlight the great help we received from John. When we first checked into our room, we noticed that it wasn’t properly cleaned by the previous staff, which was a bit disappointing. Thankfully, John handled the situation really well. He listened to our concern, acted quickly, and made sure everything was taken care of right away. His professionalism, calm approach, and genuine care made a big difference and turned the situation around for us. Big thanks to John for stepping up and making sure we were comfortable. Because of him, we still had a pleasant stay and would consider coming back to Apause Inn.

REALLY LOOOOVVVEEEE IIITTT VERY RECOMMENDED!!! Very close to the taipei main station, near the ximending area, very clean, there are many restaurant near the hotel even in same bulding, communal area is very nice too, love it! ☆☆☆☆☆

Service: Great service. Cleanliness: Very clean, the bathroom was spacious and convenient. Environment: The common areas were excellent and well-equipped. Perfect for a solo traveler on a short stay. Plenty of food options nearby for evening meals.

The location is very convenient, only about 400 meters from MRT Taipei Main Station, making it easy to travel around the city. The accommodation is located on the 5th floor and there is an elevator, so you don’t need to carry heavy luggage up the stairs. However, the room was not very clean. There was dust under the bed, and I found an old pair of slippers left underneath, which should have been cleaned more carefully. Towels can be changed every day with a self-service system. There is no breakfast provided, but there is self-service toast available in the shared kitchen.
