房間非常不錯，老闆人也好，就在海邊上，樓下就是海邊沙灘，比想象中的要近，屬於王府州景區房，老闆親自來王府州門口接送，下次還訂這裏！

環境不錯，安靜，晚點聽着海浪聲入睡，離海灘近，可隨時帶着小朋友到沙灘玩耍，房東平易近人，很多島上的攻略都可問他

和閨蜜倆人一起出來玩的，民宿性價比超高，位置很好，房間收拾得很乾凈很整潔，海景很好看。旁邊有飯店味道不錯而且很方便，對面的手信比海浴場那邊的便宜很多。老闆很熱心，接送什麼的都很快，還有主動幫我們找租車什麼的，有啥不瞭解的都可以問老闆，態度很和藹，而且不會出現強推的情況。第一張和第二張是在海景房陽台拍的，第三張是日落在名宿樓下海灘拍的，最後一張是第二天去日落點拍的

這是一家很棒的民宿，老闆是個大好人，免費接送我們到王府洲車站。這家民宿的地理位置很好，門口隔着馬路就是大海了，步行5分鐘到王府洲浴場，由於疫情期間，遊客不多，老闆免費為我們升級到海景房，站在陽台上，可將海灣美景盡收眼底，房間寬敞，兩間1.5米的大床睡得很舒服，房間乾淨舒適，淋浴水很大，沖涼方便舒服，民宿周邊就是食肆，吃飯方便。我們買了海鮮，老闆還免費幫我們冷藏，很貼心。下次來下川島這裏還是我們的首選。

衞生：乾淨，簡約，整潔。
設施：簡單舒適
環境：環境非常不錯。海景房值得選擇，面朝大海春暖花開。視野開闊，觀海不錯。下樓就是海灘，可以抓螃蟹。夜晚安靜。
服務：專車接送，服務熱情周到。老闆熱情大方，如回家的感覺。相處舒適。
這次過來觀了一場雨，下次晴天再來一次，還住這裏合適。
