我也是臨時定的沒有仔細的去看。首先酒店在半山腰空氣是挺好的，主要房間太簡陋了各種黴味，衞生間噴淋也是壞的，辦理入住前台女服務員那個表情好像欠她錢一樣，要是在蘇州我直接水潑上去了，還有早餐是不敢恭維連餐桌我都沒法坐下去太臟了。温泉還可以據説是純天然的。

相對蓮雲谷和玉龍山，這邊設施陳舊了不少。但大峽谷的性價比很高，環境幽靜，房間有露台，看出去的視野非常開闊，餐廳的菜份量很足味道也好，有空還會再來。

在温泉景區的山頂，從陽台望出去（三樓）景色還是可以的。但二樓就看不到什麼了。酒店設施比較老舊，我們訂了三間，有一間馬桶堵了。前台服務語言沒問題，但給人感覺是冷冰冰的。温泉的池子衹開了幾個，燈光很暗，標識不清晰，沒有什麼路牌指示。整個温泉衹有一男一女兩個服務的，都是坐在原地玩手機，問路，男服務人員都不理。同伴夫妻倆泡到九點多就被服務人員嫌棄了，嫌他們出來晚了（時間應該營業到十點）。飯堂黑乎乎的，沒人，價格超貴，食材不知道新不新鮮，沒敢吃。服務員介紹的度假村門口的農家樂價格貴不説，態度還不好，點完菜告訴我們沒有米飯，衹有麪條。總之，總體感覺不好。

房間舒適，服務態度好，住在別墅區，在陽台上能遠眺美景，呼吸清醒空氣！晚上用餐我們一行人感覺比較累，不想出門，就在酒店餐廳點菜，沒想到菜品好，價格實惠，讓人讚不絕口。非常好的體驗！
