Excellent! I don't know where to start. Everything was perfect, what you would expect from a place to stay and feel at home with perfect clealiness and comfort. So here in addition the things that makes its special: Super friendly and helpful staff, free bicycles, 5 mins from the main station, you have three little boxes at the bathroom containing cotton swabs, dental floss and sanitary pad. The breakfast was excellent, everyone gets an egg to prepare it by your own how you like it in the kitchen, different jams/spreads, a toaster, orange juice and of course coffee and tea. Also excellent: There is cooking oil, salt and pepper and even knifes in the kitchen. It sounds strange, but these are not very common in hostels. Everything is well organised, from check-in to all infos you may need in the hostel or around the area. I met great other traveler and the hostel offers a very good environment to socialize in the common spaces.
The only tiny thing which I missed is just a towel, some hostel have it, some don't.
One of the best hostels on my travels. It is a 6/5!

A really nice place, good location next to the train station, free bicycle to explore the town, and super friendly staff!

Close to the train station, far from the city. Depends what you are looking for. Not the place for pub crawl etc. But nice vibe, and during the day, they have free bikes to go visit the city, so we don’t really feel that far off. The employees are also very helpful.

Pretty nice hostel and friendly for foreigners , location is near train station, it might takes 5 - 7 minutes for walking.

It became clear that check-in would be later than planned, so I contacted them by phone and they kindly agreed. The assigned bed was very clean, but only a pillow with a pillowcase and sheets, no comforter. It is unknown if this is normal or if it just happened to be forgotten. Also, I didn't have any towels, so even though I took a shower, I managed to wipe it off with my underwear from the previous day. This was the first time I realized that a youth hostel was like this. For breakfast, toast, juice, coffee, and tea were free, but I wanted to have a typical ********* breakfast, so I limited myself to tea. This time I only had time to sleep in Taitung, so I would definitely like to go sightseeing in Taitung next time. At that time, I would like to bring at least some towels with me and stay again. I would like to thank the people at the inn for being very friendly and accommodating me even though it was late. Also, I bought 3 tin badges (100NTD). It's a nice souvenir for yourself.

但進市區就有點距離了！
因為只住一晚！所以選擇10人上下舖！
晚上店家很早就休息了。只剩便利商店
有免費腳踏車可以借！方便許多😀
