這家店的服務真的太讓人無語了，去前台登記車牌説搜不到車牌號，讓到停車場出口給他們打電話，結果出口提醒繳費，打電話後説讓等等稍後給回電，結果五分鐘了也不給回，後面有車催促無奈衹能繳費走人了！

不錯 停車挺方便，酒店裝修也可以，離晉陽湖挺近，我們來太原旅遊，離晉祠植物園也挺近的，總體來説還不錯。

來看演唱會選擇這裏，位置緊鄰晉陽湖邊，距離體育場大概5公里，不是很遠。服務特別細緻，會耐心提醒講解。房間很乾凈，桌上還有手寫歡迎信和點心，感受到暖暖的誠意，雖然我來不及吃了哈哈哈但是心意領了。我到的太早，房間還沒有出來，先寄存還幫我送到房間。晚上回來的晚，還會很熱情和我聊聊演唱會怎麼樣，因為第二天要早起趕高鐵，所以來不及好好體驗。第一次來太原我最大的感受就是每個人對傑迷的歡迎，和我們就像和朋友一樣聊天。謝謝你們對傑迷的照顧，臨走還送了我一個紀念小禮物，天氣很冷但我的心很暖。

房間比較簡約，安靜，房間有送的水果和小麻花，手寫的信函讓人感覺很親民，疊的小動物孩子很喜歡，用心了。

位置很好 走路過一個路口就是晉陽湖公園 停車方便 旁邊很多小飯店 前台非常好 看我們帶孩子主動給升級了床大一點的房間 來晉陽湖玩的話住這裏很不錯

房間乾淨整潔安靜~停車非常方便~服務人員很有禮貌態度非常好而且熱情~主動問詢提供服務~房間裏面有6瓶水~非常贊~兩點建議：1.酒店電梯最好能增加一部~衹有一部高峯期間很費時間~2.洗澡水可以再穩定一些~不要在涼水熱水開水間來回切換~😀
總體來講很滿意~如果還有機會到太原~還會住~😃

本來計劃住在柳巷旁邊，後來考慮找一個離太原南站近一些，而且第二天想去太原博物館就選擇了蔓蘭酒店，第二天再去柳巷附近住，去了房間以後整體佈局特別好，很舒心，房間很大，保潔大姐也很熱心，辦理住宿的美女也很熱心，於是果斷退了柳巷旁邊的酒店一直在這裏住，雖然得打車，但住宿費合適，房間也住的舒心，我的兩個寶貝也很喜歡，下次去太原還會去選擇

首先房間很小，床很小，我老公1米82，腳就在床邊；其次浴室的熱水不穩定,開到熱水最大檔，出水温度適宜，但是水温不穩定，一會兒温一會兒熱；最重要的一點，房間一進去就很冷，空調最大檔開到32°，開了一個小時不出熱風，自動關停，半夜凍醒了，本着不打擾客服的態度，沒有去給總機打電話換房。總而言之，入住體驗極差！！！
