This time I came to Taiyuan for the second time. This time I saw someone share in the Ctrip community that the Courtyard Hotel was good, so I booked a twin room First let me say that the location of the hotel is in Haitang Building, Pingyang Road, Xiaodian District (the local taxi driver only knows about Haitang Building, but not the Courtyard by Marriott) When I entered the lobby, a waiter helped me pull my suitcase and lead me to the check-in front desk. The waiter has a good attitude Then the waiter led us to the elevator. The elevator needs to swipe the room card (this is very safe) The toilet is TOTO's smart toilet, which is not bad. What is commendable is the shower head, which is comfortable haha. The toiletries are very good (my husband is going to some treasure to buy 😜) I booked a room with breakfast included. The buffet in the morning is Chinese and Western, and there are not many dishes (due to my physical reasons, I didn’t eat much)

看在房價的份上就手下留情地給3星吧。 優點： ①9月16號晚上8點多前台給我辦入住的小姑娘不錯，形象好，服務快，效率高，還能跟我聊聊最近住客因為考試增加，導致我房間在1層，算是對我的安撫。建議獎勵她。 缺點： ①人員交接混亂，部分人員不負責。我約了17號早上8點15的叫醒，然後17號早上7點54就給我叫醒。我反饋了，對方滿不在乎地説“不好意思記錯了”，然後好像沒事人似的，8點15也沒有再次叫醒。 我16號已經約了17號延長1小時，但17號12點41還是打電話問我要不要退房。你們沒有系統可以用嗎？還是前台都不看系統備註？ ②設施差，如果你想晚上來看看書，衹有圖1中的老舊枱燈，光線比較昏暗。 房間隔音不好，隔壁説話聲音稍微大點就能聽到。 避光不足，圖2是早上7點半的窗户，大家自己感受。 ③周圍環境不好，晚上旁邊小區裝修竟然到12點多？
