Very nice and cozy hotel. Very good location near by mountain park, very close many shopping malls and restaurants. Very comfortable rooms!

A nice hotel, breakfast was ok, although coffee machine wasn't working the second morning, but the chef cooking the noodles, wonton, and fried eggs was great. I recommend trying the tea in the lobby beside the lifts, very refreshing and great after a day climbing the nearby baiyun mountain.
There's a convenience store across the street for water, and snacks, go eastward along shifu there's an area with lots of local restaurants to try out some local foods.

環境還不錯 後面有停車場停車還是很方便的，定了房間沒有去吃自助的早餐感覺好虧啊！下次一定要早起去！外賣是機器人送的很先進 床很舒服很軟

物品遺失。
4號上午離店的時候遺忘耳機在酒店。下午5點多發現耳機遺忘聯繫前台詢問，被告知沒有發現，通過定位發現耳機還在酒店。前台溝通聯繫，告知了定位，前台説會去核實並告知會聯繫但晚上並未主動聯繫。
第二天白天聯繫前台，前台告知開元小區是有個垃圾場？然後説會幫忙找一下，18分鐘後打電話來説沒找到，期間定位一直在開元小區42幢，在互聯網詢問得知附近並沒有垃圾場。
是否有監控可以查找到當天搞8508房間衞生的員工？以及是否可以核實員工的家庭住址是否有在開元小區的？
