Even if you are informed when you arrive, there is nothing you can do about it. I had no choice but to stay. Going up and down the stairs with my two children was difficult, and my younger child, who was 2 years old, left the room on his own and wandered around, so I was worried that he might fall down the stairs. Shouldn't we at least prepare a room on the first floor? I have called many times to tell them that I have small children. There are no amenity goods in the room, and the bathroom is shared, so it wasn't like a family of four could use it slowly, so we went outside and went to the hot spring facility. The toilet and room were very dirty and not cleaned. I don't know what happened, but if the conditions we talked about in advance changed, shouldn't we honestly contact you? "Because reservations are full for Obon" is not a reason.
