來唐山辦事選的酒店套房，套房竟然沒有小冰箱，前台服務員也很冷漠，辦理入住的時候愛答不理的，在攜程購買的延遲二點退房，十二點半前台就打電話告訴二點前退房，一點半又打電話催，差十分二點又打電話催，我既然購買二點退房肯定二點退，不用接二連三的打電話催，想多休息一會都休息不了，體驗非常不好，唯一讚的是機器人送餐很不錯速度也不慢。

酒店挺高大上，停車方便，房間也不錯。就是服務有點差強人意：辦理入住的時候，兩個前台在，我過去 我不説話 人家就不搭理；辦完入住，也不提醒電梯如何走、也不提醒湯之泉門票如何使用以及湯之泉的經營時間點。其他的，還好。

先説缺點：早餐説實話挺讓人失望的，也挺不值的。
另外游泳池之前打電話説都可以免費去，到了9點半關閉不説，就剩半個小時也要收全部門票，寧願勸退，不夠人性化
優點：房間夠大，浴缸特別好

早點😄算豐盛，壽司是小驚喜。免費的温泉強差人意……好在人不多。停車路面車位太少，必須下地下，免費就不吐槽了。中規中矩吧

三年前來唐山帶孩子就住在這個酒店，再次過來直接選擇這裏，房間大，樓層高，看風景很給力，孩子也喜歡，還有湯之泉，地方不大但很乾凈，大人孩子都可以一起泡，酒店還有充電樁，對電車很是友好，還會再來
