My wife and I went for a meal here just sharing a Lasagne between us. We had a glass of white wine and Rossi. We initially wanted to eat inside as it was cold but the waiter manager should us a room that was not set up. So we sat outside.The food arrived and we cut into it and found it to be tepid. We called a waiter over who did not apologise just took it away. The food came back but not a fresh piece of lasagne our origanal all mashed up and still not heated sufficiently. They also brought out a basket with three pieces of sliced bread which they charged us 5 euros for. No apology nothing. As we left I said to the manager you won’t be seeing us again and he hunched his shoulder. We have suggested to people we met to avoid this place, lovely view but disgraceful trea**ent of customers.

My review is for the restaurant of this hotel!! The food was good, but me and my friends who went to eat dinner had a very bad experience with the staff. Since the begining the looked like “did not had any nervs” to take our order. And all the dinner they was making faces. When we left they said to each other that, they have been here for two hours, finally they left( coz me and my friends understand italian, they thought we dont). We would never go back there again, mabye if the change their staff who really knows how to treat a customer.

Reception staff very friendly helpful and knowledgeable. Accommodation did not live up to the description of "superior triple room".
Three adults in one small room.
Description of i double bed and 1 twin bed, the twin bed was a sofa bed and an underneath pull out bed which made even less room.

We have been coming here for quite some years. But this was the first time back in a long time. In the meantime, a new and younger team has taken the helm and they are doing a great job. Kind, attentive, helpful and incredibly welcoming.
The rooms have been renovated, with amazing beds, clean and light, although the showers are still very small and the water pressure is near to absent. But we find it well worth it as everything else is wonderful.
If there is anything up for improvement it would only be the breakfast. If one has a sweet tooth, the opportunities are grand, but if you want something healthy not so much. Fresh fruit salad is very local and would be nice, and also the scrambled egg is so overcooked and tasteless, I fear this is the typical hotel ready-to-use instant scrambled eggs. Better have your cooked eggs on the side warm, and not cooked till blue, so people have an option.
But again, we are still coming back, as this does not weigh out that we absolutely love this place.

Great locstion woth amazing views over the sea (from the terrace). Breakfast was really mediocre and there were constantly birds landing on the terrace (not something that can be controlled by the hotel, but could be more actively patrolled). All of the staff were lovely, apart from one of the young guys who was extremely awkward and a little unfriendly. The Pizza is absolutely delicious and I highly reccomend this in the evenings, with soft jazz in the background.
