This location was great, Room was clean. When booking this room we told them we were brought a dog, but the premises did not respond. Then 24 Hours before our booking let us know they wanted an additional 25% = 35 Euro per day for our dog! Typical it is 5-7 euro a day This was announced only after they had billed us on a Non-refundable basis, They proceeded to cancel our Booking on *********** so we could not leave them a review, claiming that it was some technical issue from ***********. Reading other reviews on Booking it is clear they engaged in this scam to get more profits Sad that this incident really started our Taormina experience on the wrong foot. Thank God we did not take their parking option which is in a dead-end street with little to no room to turn around. must be less stressful to park in the Parcheggio Lumbi and at a much better price.

I went with the impression of what would one expect from a 2-star hotel!! I was wrong!! First and foremost I wish to thank the owner Chiara for communicating in very good English on WhatsApp before, during, and after our stay. Those traveling by car, like myself, have a good parking spot ready for you. The room was spotless and newly refurbished. Most comfortable beds and pillows I have ever slept on. There was this sweet lady Elisa who greeted us for breakfast and made sure we have everything we asked for. Breakfast was amazing, and everything was freshly baked. Apart from all this, the best plus of this hotel is that it is located only 2 mins up the stairs from Corso Umberto. I would definitely return.

We spent 2 nights at this property located in the center of Taormina. The rooms have been recently renovated, the bathrooms will also need to be reviewed where, at the moment, bidets and accessories such as a shelf in the shower are missing. A special thanks to Elisa who followed us these days even with the very good savory breakfasts. I suggest greater clarity in displaying the quote rates.

I stayed for work in this hotel for several days in April. Very comfortable, clean, quiet. The very kind owner also allowed me to place a small workstation inside my room and to be able to use the common areas together with my colleagues according to our needs. Parking in front of the hotel and in Taormina it is a luxury to have it. Very clean hotel, very central, very quiet and TOP Wi-Fi connection (just a few meters from Corso Umberto), excellent breakfast and bar service. Thanks to Chiara and Elisa who supported and "put up with" us during our working days. Highly recommended

Piccolo gioiello a due passi dal centro. Ho soggiornato presso la struttura l'ultima settimana di agosto. Stanza nuovissima e molto molto pulita. Arredamento essenziale senza esagerazioni. Personale gentilissimo, educato e sempre a disposizione per ogni richiesta. Mi hanno aiutato su tante piccole cose e consigli. Pochi passi e si arriva sulla via centrale di Taormina. Una splendida struttura,ubicata al centro della splendida Taormina ,ristrutturata da poco, e curata nei minimi particolari... Camere pulitissime e profumate...colazione super!!!! Trovi di tutto,dal dolce al salato,uova bacon..frutta ,macedonia preparata tutte le mattine. Le ragazze disponibili a rendere il nostro soggiorno un vero e proprio paradiso,gentili e sempre sorridenti. Tornerò prestissimo!
